We were able to get set-up on delivery and they came out at the time promised and worked with my husband to unload the dump truck in a couple spots instead of a big pile. So, that was so helpful. We ended up buying more and just made a call and they showed up once again as promised. The owner even was the driver which feels good to help someone local. If we re-do our landscape, I would stop there to get a quote. I would highly recommend giving this company a try despite the other comments. The gentleman we initially met at their yard gave a tour of all the trees in his golf cart, asked us several questions about what we were replacing, and what we thought we would like to replace it with. He stopped frequently to identify the different trees, provide all the pros and cons of each variety, whether they were particularly suitable for where we live, etc. We didn't feel rushed, he was exceptionally pleasant, and was happy to answer all our questions. When we decided what type of tree we wanted, we were handed a flag, picked out the exact tree we liked best, and they delivered it in a matter of days. Their crew was friendly and efficient, and for a reasonable fee, cut down and removed the dead tree. They were finished in no time, and left the yard looking better than when they arrived. They only asked for payment when the old tree was gone, the new tree was planted, staked, watered, and we were 100% satisfied with their work. I really didn't think this level of customer service existed anymore. Go see them. You won't regret it.
