They came out and replaced the vent and associated shingles. Great fix! Now, 25 years after moving into this as a new house, I needed a new roof. I got two estimates, one from Marshall. Marshall's representative, Doug, was so thorough and professional in his reprensentation to me and offered a solution re moviing the attic exhaust fan closer to the eave and keeping the ridge vent. The other estimator suggested removing the ridge vent. I wasn't comfortable not having a ridge vent. I again went with Marshall. It was a two day job. They dedicated a more than sufficient crew to the job. The guys were so attentive to protecting against falling shingles as they were stripped from the roof. In short, they did an excellent job!
