Okay. Now I know why there are so many negative reviews. First the attendants are clueless and rude AF. If you use a credit card you have to use the EXACT same card to leave. Meaning if someone else is picking up the car, you are screwed. If you don't get a ticket you have to leave come in and get a ticket. So they charge you multiple times. I tried finding out any information online before my trip and it was a disaster. Will NEVeR EVER park at eco park again. Stay clear. read more

We waited a long time when we arrived-15-20 minutes. Last time we used Ecopark we waited for quite a while too. Bad call on us using it a second time. read more

I parked my cark at ecopark JFK Houston on 6/6/24. It was a very hot day. Where I was directed to park, there were several other people, we had no idea where the shuttle was going to stop. It was a very hot day and people were standing for 15+ minutes and then having to walk around to where they could see a shuttle passing. On return 6/16/24, I had to wait 30 minutes before I could get on a bus. Buses were coming after long period and few people waiting in line could get on as the bus already had other passengers. I have been using ecopark for 10+ years and it has never been this bad. I will have to find another place to park. read more

The young lady driving bus number 308 around 5:30 on 3/17/2024. Needs more coaching in dealing with the public. We waited 3A for a little over 37 minutes and that with the traffic only to ask her when she pulled up was this the jfk location after she loaded everyone up on the bus I observed it was jfk location on the back. I presented my ticket to my parking spot. Come on Eco Park we are going to have get better with customer service skills and dealing with the public. read more

This parking facility is understaffed and incompetent. I prepaid for a full week, upon arrival we had a 25 minute wait for the shuttle and the exit gates were improperly manned and malfunctioning. it took 45 minutes to getbout of the lot. This was my last time parking here. 0-10 do not recommend. read more

Review for electric vehicle parking: They have EV parking - uncovered. The other location has covered I believe. There's about 6 stalls for EV charging (all outside) and it's about 8 hrs until a full charge. The only issue is that you have to download the app to "activate" the charger but I was having issues so I called. They asked me for a credit card which I wasn't comfortable with giving. They kept telling me that I needed a card to be able to be a member to use it and I needed to put $10 on my card but then since it's free it wouldn't charge me. I kept going back and forth with the person from the electric charging company because it says FREE CHARGING not FREE CHARGING ONLY FOR MEMBERS AFTER A $10 CARD CHARGE. It took my roughly 30 mins to settle it and they "activitvated the charger" requiring me to pull out the charger and then re-plug in. My trip was 4 days and I noticed that it stopped charging and of course since it's outside (I have a tesla) it starts to use battery. I had no way to activate it since you need the serial number of the charger itself (and when I got back to my car it was a different charger that was plugged into my car) but it wasn't "activated" so my battery was half charged. Also I had no way of Un plugging and re plugging the charger remotely. I don't know who is monitoring it but the chance of coming back to a dead car seemed totally possible here since it was a headache just to activate the charger and I don't have the time to be checking on the car every day and calling their terrible customer service. It is cheap but for peace of mind -- I would not want to come back to a dead car (and have to wait 8 hrs for a full charge)- ain't nobody got time for that !!! Also the wait from the airport to back to the shuttle was a long wait. Out of all the shuttles we had the longest line. It was so long that half of us had to wait for the next shuttle. read more

EcoPark is horrible. I usually use Parking Spot 2 on Will Clayton but decided to give EcoPark a try because they are closer. After 3 chances I vow to never use this company again. The parking attendants are unprofessional. They sit in a booth at the entrance on their telephones and never bother to help or even greet you. The drivers are rude and not helpful. Women were boarding with children and several pieces of luggage and twice I witnessed the driver not even stand up to help them as they struggled to enter the shuttle. Each of these incidents were brought to the attention of the manager on duty but I was never contacted with any type of follow up. The extra 5 min drive to Parking spot is well worth it!! read more

Standing waiting and waiting and waiting at the terminal. The line is a mile long to get a shuttle and I've only seen one. I see all other lots with multiple shuttles just carrying on. Called EcoPark where they just sent me to some other line that just rings endlessly. Looks like The Sp*t and Park n' Fly have it together. I'm using them from now on. Update 6/23: Back at the airport and saw the same looooong line with zero shuttles and a lot of angry people. The other shuttles were still running smoothly. Fortunately, I learned my lesson and did not use EcoPark. This business is a complete CF on a consistent basis. read more

If you leave the airport parking area at 11pm after getting off a long ass flight be prepared to stay stuck in a line inside the enclosed parking area while the attendant informs you it's closed and leaves you and the line there stuck behind a barricade read more

There are not enough buses picking up at the EccoPark lot and Terminals. I've waiting on both ends 20-30 min before getting picked up. It is especiall annoying when I return from a trip and have to wait in a LONGGGG like waiting for the shuttle bus. Other services have numerous buses coming and going and they don't have the massive long line to get on. Their lot is huge and it takes forever for one shuttle to drop off all the patrons. I am almost always the last to be dropped off. :( This is the cheapest offsite parking I found but I will no longer be using Ecopark. It is not worth the frustration of waiting and minimal savings. read more

So few shuttles it takes forever.... Meanwhile Parking Spot has had 6-8 buses picking up.

Give Scottie a raise! He made our drop off as we left AND our pick up when we returned home a great time. He was polite, friendly, & efficient both times. The employees at eco park are always friendly and helpful but Scott is exceptional. read more

I have flown internationally on business for the past 20 years. The EcoPark facility at JFK is the worst parking experience I have had during the last few years. The exit billing machines have gotten progressively worse and worse until u basically need an attendant to process payment. This is unacceptable as the machines definitely need an upgrade and replacement. I have finally started going to other parking facilities when I travel. Enough of Ecopark. Sad when plenty of dollars to renew payment machines would get people coming back to the facility. Not me anymore read more

I have been parking at Ecopark/Parking Cents/City Economy Lot/whatever name it has had for years. It is the cheapest parking option for IAH, and with that comes some concessions like having to wait longer for buses sometimes than you would like. If you arrive at the airport 2 hours before your flight like you are supposed to, it isn't an issue. On the return, I have had to wait 10 - 15min sometimes, but that is more a rarity than the norm. Make sure you keep your parking spot number slip! I also always take some pictures of the area I am in, just in case. Avoid parking on the end of rows - the buses don't have much room to make the tight turns! One bonus that surprised me is that the status of this lot was posted routinely during Harvey since it is run by the Houston Airport System (Fly2Houston). So, it was nice to know when I was on vacation that my car hadn't flooded due to the hurricane. read more

Shuttle driver did not enforce mask policies despite signs on bus that masks were required.

Waited an hour for a bus. Don't park your car here. There's many other buses available they don't seem to have enough buses for the size of their lot. I guess you get what you paid for. read more

These people are THE most ratchet parking company I've ever seen at IAH Houston Bush Airport. Currently there are 46 of us waiting for the bus to take us back to our cars. Horrible. And this isn't the first time so shame on ME. I won't ever be using this company again. Been out here for almost 30 mins. Ridiculous parking company. NOT recommended to us. Ever. read more

They DO NOT come by every ten minutes and if they did they should send two buses at one time. I am done with Ecocrap. The last thing I want to do after a lo g flight is wait 30 minutes for a lift. read more

All I need to tell you is I walked off my plane at 830 with my luggage and didn't get to my car until 10. Very infrequent busses equal full busses which means waiting your turn to be dropped off takes forever. Not worth it at all. read more

There isn't a rating low enough for this shuttle service. It used to be great but now this new dispatch system where the person in the booth has to tell them when they can leave is causing delays. If you want to get to the airport on time park elsewhere. Apparently a new supervisor is making changes and they don't benefit us the customer. read more

While the prices are low - when we arrived the reservation QR code did not work. After parking - we were told the lot was short on drivers and they had no idea when a shuttle bus to Terminal A would show up. We wound up paying $6 just to leave the lot and go to another parking lot. read more

They only have 2 buses running at night, I waited 1hr watching 3 Park 'n Fly buses and 2 Parking spot buses stopped. Eco park is cheap but very slow. Never again read more

"The shuttle will pick you up in 10 minutes." More like half an hour minimum. They will also charge you a late fee for leaving the lot even a few minutes after the time/date you choose online. They did not tell their customers they changed the rules to charge late fees even if you are a few minutes late, it used to be 3 hours. Be sure to have your catalytic converter shield on your car, I know people that had theirs stolen while parked at EcoPark. read more

The drivers were helpful, efficient and courteous . My problem was there was no system for keeping track of what your parking spot is. The lots have virtually no signage. They're always slow to pick you up for departure, it seems as if they're short staffed. Nearly missed my plane twice because I had to wait 30 min to an hr. They're EXTREMELY slow on picking you up from the airport to drop you back off in the parking lot. I've had to wait MANY times anywhere between 30 minutes to an HR and a half to be picked up at the airport. read more

waited at Terminal D for 35 minutes in the heat before seeing the first JFK blue bus. Finally, after pick up the bus then had to stop at every other terminal before event going to the car parking lot. They obviously do NOT have enough buses running. Their attempt to save money is sacrificing their service (and my business). We saw many Fast Park buses which we'll be using next time. read more

waited at least 45 minutes for a shuttle and then two of them that came by, had no space for my family of four...when asked one shuttle driver how many shuttles were running because we were waiting for so long, got very sarcastic remark about how he would send a shuttle "just for me". I was just simply asking because it seemed like only one shuttle was running..horrible customer service. other parking lot companies, like 'the parking spot' or 'the fast park' had many more shuttles running. I would suggest use anyone other than ecopark. read more

There are MUCH better options... Their bus scheduling is not focused on getting people in and out quickly. I was told "there's traffic" while 2-3 busses for each of the other parking options had stopped and left. The drivers seem to be trying but that's rough under bad management/dispatch. Overall it doesn't seem performance-motivated, no accountability to customers. Yet another City of Houston mess that will never be audited or optimized. Located at the intersection of JFK Boulevard and Greens Road, Parking Cents is the official On-Airport Value Lot at Bush Intercontinental Airport. It has the largest Shuttle Fleet to get you to and from the terminals fast. The Parking Cents Lot can accommodate over-sized vehicles such as campers, large trucks, etc. The entrance for these vehicles is at the north gate located off JFK Boulevard's feeder road. The lots are uncovered, and that's why they get 3 stars from me instead of 4. The shuttle drivers are everywhere, and they are friendly and helpful. They will help you get your bags on and off the shuttle. The shuttles are easy to remember and see because they have a huge pig on the side of them. They have security and people patrolling the lot. They have a quick credit card system to get out. Whatever credit card you used to get in, you can use the same one to get out. Quick and easy! They also have a frequent customer program. I haven't signed up for it, but you have to pre-register for it. A lot of people think that Park n' Fly are the same as Parking Cents, but they aren't. Parking Cents is a different company, different address, and different website. Parking Cents Cost: 0 - 3 hrs = $3.00 3 - 24 hrs = $6.00 read more

Updating my review from a couple of years ago. This parking service is so convenient for me (Just pull off the Hardy and there you are - no wrestling with JFK traffic, U turns whatever). Have used them again several times recently and things seem to have improved - the shuttles seem to be more frequent and (finally) in the covered section at least, the parking spots are numbered and so the shuttle takes you back to your car :). No more wandering about like the old days trying to find your vehicle after they drop you off. All that said, yes it is much better, I still won't trust them by checking in using my credit card again. Two years ago it swallowed my card and they NEVER got it back to me so I had all the hassle of cancelling the old card, getting a new one just because of their incompetence and lack of customer service. Always take a ticket is my advice!!! Review #21 2016 read more

If I could give them a 0 stars I would. I have flown on planes and parked my vehicle near and in the airport numerous times. I HAVE NEVER had this bad of an experience. Getting to the airport was fine but after returning from our trip we waited for an HOUR for a shuttle to pick us up. We tried calling the number on our ticket 20 times and it would ring for 10 minutes and hang up each time. When a shuttle did finally show up another group that had been waiting complained to the driver before getting on and she proceeded to close her doors and "skirt" off, running over one of our pieces of luggage so we had to wait even longer for the next shuttle. We asked for a discount or omitting payment for our troubles and the people at the gate were no help and just said they "don't do that" so we were given a number on our receipt of 50 something dollars to call. They are currently closed so we will be calling Monday after 8am to speak to someone and I will post an update. As of right now we will never be using their services again and I recommend you don't either! Save yourself the trouble and park at the spot or at the airport itself!!! read more
