Over all it was good, my car was safe, Even though I it was unlocked when I returned, and it was on my heart when I was in route on the way the the airport on the shuddle and in the air. I felt like that mom from home alone, thinking about what I forgot, and it was to secure the lock on my vehicle. I was happy to know my car was untouched upon return. I wasn't gone for long either. I departed on a Tuesday morning and returned the next evening. It was $20 the the time frame of my car was parked. I didn't even need the ticket when I approached the exit gate, it capture the plate deets, and provide you the price, and you pay and exit. Fast and secured payment. The biggest flaw was getting on the incorrect bus the morning while needing to depart from the airport. Which was not my fault. I approached the correct bus and a guy told me the incorrect terminal and bus to get on. When the other two buses informed me that with the flight details I provided was indeed his bus to take me directly to the terminal I needed to be at. Once discovered that, he had already begun to drive away. I rode the third bus to the terminals and had to take many routes to get to where I belong. Which wasn't all bad, but it was more than what was necessary. read more

Although I see lots of bad reviews, my family and I had a great experience. When we got there, we followed the signs. It was a bit confusing, not going to lie, but not that much. We parked and didn't have to wait for the bus and they were already there, so it was super fast. When we came back, we didn't have to wait that much. I would say about 10 to 15 minutes. We gave them the ticket they had given us on the first day, and they took us to the front of our car. It was fast, kind of easy, and cheap. read more

Honestly, the worst experience I've ever dealt with while trying to park for the airport. When we parked over signs side pick up this way. We follow this line until there were no more signs so we asked for help and they told us we had to get back in her car and drive all the way down to where it said follow the signs for parking. We advised them this is not what the other sign said. We started walking back and asked another gentleman and he said we wait by our car and then pick us up. So we started walking back and told by another staff member now we have to follow the signs. It was so confusing and everyone told us something differently. When we got on the shuttle, the gentleman was very rude and told us it was not his job to know which terminal we were supposed to go to unfortunately, we've never had to give a terminal before, we typically just give them our airline. I've never had an issue which I understand if that's not the same for this airport, but he was very rude and disrespectful about it. Every single time we have an issue upon exit. We tried to be proactive and alerted them to a problem. NO BARCODE email received and we called in advance and were told to show to attendant the receipt because they had updated their system and we'd ve good to go. I have been parking here for a while and as a disabled veteran they only required my drivers license and my vehicle to have DV plates now they have changed the requirement without any notice. The so called company was supposedly doing an audit and made me pay for parking because I didn't have the receipt for my registration. It's funny next time I park they will probably require you to have your medical records on you as well. Eco park is a huge parking area/lot for the Bush airport area. I parked recently for a trip out of Bush. The shuttle experience to the airport went smoothly but the return was very different. When I returned from my trip I was use to catching a shuttle after a short wait. Maybe it was the holiday but I had a very long line to wait and it took & 1 hour before I could catch the shuttle. I won't hold that against them but I noticed other shuttle where the wait wasn't as long. The price was very good but I would probably not mind paying a little more to leave sooner. read more

I love taking my car to Eco park because I love driving my car home (sorry Uber). Actually, Uber is so expensive! That being said, Eco Park is friendly and will actually tell travelers who are using different transportation services. Pretty cool. One thing about is all staff for Ecopark is they are so delightful and happy! That makes me feel so comfortable and at ease . When you enter the bus you tell them you number and give your car number and they use it for you to you when get back you're not walking around like a zombie trying to find your car behind it would take a long time you until. Had a great experience at Ecopark JFK. We arrived and had trouble scanning in with the prepaid QR. An attendant came up and helped us after he saw us having trouble. We parked in the covered lot and were picked up within 5 minutes. Our drivers were friendly on the way there and back. We only waited about 5 minutes to be picked up with a shuttle full of people. We were taken back to the lot and exiting was quick and easy. I would definitely park here again. Prices were good and Ecopark met our needs. read more

5 stars for the guys there. No stars for the rest of customer service. Printed out my confirmation email but when I showed it to the guy at Hobby he said there "should be a barcode". There was none provided! Showed up as a debit to my Visa card though, which I also took a copy of. Told me to go ahead and get a ticket and try to sort it out with customer service. I asked about calling, and he said "good luck getting anyone." The 0 star? No way to contact them. Tried over 5 times to get someone to no avail; there's no email. So when I took a pic of the new ticket, lost it, and tried to contact someone. No dice as NO ONE ANSWERS. On whim checked Reddit - and there you go, numerous same issues. Sometimes emails have a barcode, sometimes they don't, but in any case no luck contacting customer service. Seems like a scam, which is sad as the guys onsite are great. We booked and paid for a reservation; however, we could not scan QR code upon arrival. Another person next to us had the same problem. One of the attendants said to push the button. We both with several cars behind push and got a ticket. When we left the QR code would not work. The not-so-friendly attendant said of course not when we pushed the button for an ticket. I even got the hand from her when I started to explain the arrival part. She eventually got more friendly/understanding and let us move through the gate. This was our second time with this problem and clearly, due to attendants responses, lots of other people have this problem too. I have been going here for many years but I'm done. I usually don't post reviews on non-food related businesses, but I feel the need to state my experience here. The staff is amazing each time my family has visited this business, each giving kindness and gratitude even in the early hours of the day. But there is an overwhelming amount of understaffing here. Bus lines take seemingly years to pick up people, with airport lines to return stretching across the airport drop off. Thankfully, on our most recent visit, ecopark has fixed some of these issues, but an overwhelming sense of dread and impatience after a long flight only makes some of these problems worse. Chaos everywhere. If you ever park, order an uber to get you to your terminal. The shuitle service is random and we had shuttles going to C/D terminals but nothing to A. We had shuttles just pass us by and not stop. We had to walk around dragging our bags to every shuttle we saw to see if it was going to A. This parking lot is a lesson in how to not run a business. I fly a few times a year - typically from IAH. I have always used Ecopark on JFK - as it is an affordable option. The last few times we've had a few issues with long shuttle lines or getting access to the covered parking, etc. But those did not stop us from coming back. Yesterday, we had the final straw and will be looking for a new option next time. We landed in terminal B, same as taking off. We waited for an hour with 2 other people to be picked up by the Ecopark JFK shuttle. By 30 min we called to see what the issue was. We were told there was a shuttle at A and it would be to us soon. Then another person waiting, also called- similar answer, "the shuttle will be there soon". Twice Ecopark 2 shuttles came through. The first said he could not radio in for the other route. The second finally advised that we move to a different terminal pick up. Basically- it was filling up at A and we were getting skipped, even though we alerted them to our presence. So, after an hour of waiting, we hiked it to IAH terminal A. Yep, long line and the shuttle was filling up. We made it to our car after that, but it was a disappointing end to what had been a nice trip. read more

We have been sitting here for 20 minutes trying to get out because their antiquated system doesn't read your card or the tickets- and there's barely anybody to help you. I give it three stars because parking was easy, getting on a shuttle took about 10 minutes in the 95 degree heat with no covered waiting areas, getting to the terminal was easy, arriving back in Houston and catching the shuttle was easy, but then having to pay to get out was horrible- they have 11 exit lanes if I counted correctly and only two open with about 25 cars in each lane??? I had an extremely disappointing experience with the parking and customer service at this facility. Upon arrival, I was immediately met with rudeness from the first parking attendant, who yelled at me as if I was a child because I didn't see his flag and parked in the wrong area. His aggressive behavior was completely uncalled for and set a very negative tone for the rest of my visit. Unfortunately, the second parking attendant was no better. He was condescending and dismissive when I asked for assistance, making me feel as though my concerns were unimportant and wasting his time. After being yelled at I asked if I was in the right area and he said "is that where the arrow is pointing?"His unhelpful attitude only added to the frustration and made an already unpleasant situation even worse. I have never encountered such poor customer service and unprofessional behavior from parking attendants before and I travel very often. Their lack of respect and willingness to assist customers is unacceptable. I will never park at this facility again and strongly advise others to avoid it as well. If you value being treated with basic courtesy and respect, look elsewhere for your parking needs. I will be back parking at the Parking Spot. read more

Shuttle company advertises shuttle bus pickup from airport every ten minutes. This is incorrect. Only two shuttle buses are available and require a wait time of at least 25 minutes. After calling the company, we were promised shuttles were two minutes away. We then proceeded to wait an extra 15 minutes. I actually like the prices but the service isn't great. I think they forgot that the shuttles are transporting customers to the airport. There is no reason why I should be parking in uncovered and waiting 10-15 minutes to leave the parking lot. Time is of the essence. No sense of time at all. And management clearly needs to change. They will over charge you!!!! As we were leaving, there was a large line to leave and was slow moving. Once we got to the exit gate, I inserted my ticket into the machine, it spit back an error message with 'Ticket could not be read'. Pressed the call button and the person on the other end charged us $45 for a 'Lost Ticket Fee', which was incorrect because I had the ticket in my hand. We left our car there for 4 days, which should have been $32 but instead I was not able to leave until I paid the $45. read more
