Just stuck in this parking lot for hours so why not leave a review? It took an hour to pick us up at the airport. There is honestly 1 bus running for this massive parking lot full of cars. Then it takes another 30 minutes to get dropped off. Then all 8 kiosks to get out of the parking lot is malfunctioning. Cars are doing 360 turns and donuts and honking at each other because the cash, card, reservation kiosks don't work. Takes another hour just to pass the payment lanes. Either come like hours early so you don't risk losing your flight or expect to never get out on time. Just have no expectations! Lol I'll be switching to another car park in the future. read more

Do not leave your vehicle here! After returning from the Thanksgiving break, I was unable to turn on my vehicle not even with a jumpstart. I had to return the next day with a tow truck and had it towed to the dealership. Ecopark made me pay the additional day and pay for the vehicle I entered with to guide the tow truck to my vehicle. The dealership informs me that my key fobs were erased and that typically happens when they attempt to steal your vehicle. This facility is not secure and I recommend no one use it! I recommend Fine parking, I never have issues with them and their shuttle service is way faster than Ecopark's. Ecopark's shuttle service stresses me and if you're in a rush it'll stress you also. read more

They're only convenient that they're the closest parking company to the airport. However, they guarantee shuttles every 10 minutes but every single time I ride them from IAH I've had to wait 20 minutes on a weekday at a non-busy hour to at least 30 minutes when riding them in the evening. Ecopark 2 buses come a lot more frequent than Ecopark 1 so I'll probably start using the other one from now on or choose Park n Fly or Parking Spot options, which also seem to have a lot more frequent buses coming than Ecopark 1 does. Seems like they don't have enough drivers, buses, or both. read more

This company needs to invest in their operation. First and foremost the dispatch staff is either rude or dishonest when it comes to letting customers know the status and updates on the shuttles. The machines are all dated and hardly work. We have to constantly drive from machine to machine when exiting. The only thing 5 stars about this company is the parking location and some of the drivers. I have used Ecopark, both locations on jfk and Will Clayton, they have consistently gone down in service over the last year... The bus drivers although very friendly and helpful are not always able to navigate the changes at IAH for picking up... It also seems like there are less buses running... customer service is also subpar... if you're in a time crunch, I highly recommend you spend more money and go elsewhere read more

Why rush through the airport, efficiently grabbing bags, only to get stuck at ECO-Park? Today was a disaster. We moved smoothly through the entire airport process, only to sit in a car for at least 45 minutes at the troubled pay station. It was sea of cars--frustrated and angry, ready to get on with their productive day. The first cars were last, and the last cars were first. Someone needed to make a quick decision and open the gates if the machines weren't working. It was an absolute mess. While the agents weren't at fault, the lack of effective management was obvious. I've used Ecopark twice now in just over a one-month period. The first time was bad. The second time was worse. The problems are primarily, but far from entirely, with the return bus ride from the airport and the wait at the exit gates. Getting picked up at the airport by their bus took about 30 minutes both times. And then once you get picked up, the bus driver then has to take tickets from the passengers so he knows where to go. That takes 5 or 10 minutes. Then the driver takes off but stops immediately, like 25 ft to 50 ft from the takeoff point, to sort the tickets. Add another 5 minutes. By now it's already taken about 45 minutes from the time you get in the line at the airport until you're actually on your way to your car. Hopefully the air-conditioning works because the bus that picked us up in the parking lot to bring us to the airport on our second trip didn't work on a day when it was pushing 100 degrees. And then there's the gates. The gates simply don't work properly. There was one poor older gentleman working all of the gates. The only way they'd open was if he would personally help. One person. All gates. And they still don't work for shit. There isn't just one poorly working gate. All the gates don't work. On both trips I measured the time it takes for a car to get through the exit gate. On both trips it averaged 6 minutes per car. We were the 7th car in line, so it took about 42 minutes to exit through the gate. Let's add to the fiasco that when you arrive at the airport or arrive at your parking spot, the driver has to shout out which terminal or which parking spot they've stopped at. The drivers don't shout. They barely speak up. Nobody can hear a thing. How about providing an electronic message board/sign showing which terminal or parking spot is being serviced? Let's add to more to the fiasco. I wanted to park in covered parking because it was forecasted to be 100 degrees every day the car was parked. However, covered parking was only available by reservation. Who knew you would have to reserve a covered parking spot? So that wasn't available even though I could see open parking spots. Bottomline is that it's a complete shit-show. It takes a minimum of 1-1/2 hours to get from the airport and through the exit gate. The only thing that doesn't suck is that it's fairly inexpensive, but it's still not worth it. From now on we will just Uber to and from the airport. read more

Don't park here at EcoPark2 on JFK (blue buses). We waited 40 minutes for a shuttle.. watched no less than 7 EcoPark 2 on Will Clayton (white buses) come and go with no line waiting on them. I lost count of how many yellow busses came & went. Ridiculous. Their screen that shows where the busses are and the ETA is a lie. After 30 minutes of waiting, I tried calling their customer service, NO ANSWER. Parking here was a mistake. I will say, once our driver finally showed up he was GREAT. Great mood and very nice guy. Went to exit paid but the printer was down. An employee was kind enough to help me load my ticket before paying then got a supervisor per my request. The supervisor seemed really frustrated that he actually had to step out and help. He had a nasty attitude toward both of us. Fix printers at the exit if it's too much of a hassle for your supervisor to step out and do his job. Operations after hours are a complete failure. read more

This is your standard airport parking place. They're a little closer to the airport than the others and have better rates if you reserve online, which you should always do anyway. I've had issues with my online reservations not actually working at the scan booths to enter and exit which is frustrating after a long day of travel and wanting to get home. Drivers have been kind, safe, and offer to help out a lot. I always feel bad because I never carry cash anymore. So sorry guys and gals. I'll keep parking here as long as the deals stick around. EcoPark once had good service. BUT NOT ANY LONGER! 1. They cut back on their drivers and now you have to wait a very long time to be picked up. 2. The drivers they kept seem not to care. Poor service. 3. In addition they used to just take you from the parking lot directly to your terminal. BUT NOW, they pick up people arriving while you' are trying to get to your flight. 4. They drop you off at baggage claim instead of ticketing. I could deal with 3 and 4 but 1 and 2 are unacceptable. I am going to find another provider. Do not use JFK EcoPark! read more

I'm usually not one to complain because I understand "things happen". I witnessed some of the worst customer service Sunday when exiting your parking lot. The exit was full of cars and they were not moving. There were a few employees outside doing what they could to try to expedite the process but I chose to go inside the building and see if I could get us some "help" out of the exit. I was shocked to see what I now know was the supervisor sitting at the computer. I let her know we needed some help outside the cars were piling up and there was obviously something wrong. I was assured she would be out to help. Well that didn't happen. 20 minutes later I was finally able to exit the gate but not before seeing that same supervisor drive off into the parking lot. There has to be a better way. Thank you to the few employees who were trying their best to help all of us out of the gate. But that supervisor should be ashamed for sitting in that office not doing a thing. We love EcoPark but I don't know if we'll be back. I just hope this review helps the women working that exit get the support they need because they most definitely deserve it. read more

I come here a lot for business and personal trips. I'm not sure where the disconnect is but the workers that walk right up to you as your scanning your barcode are rude, hostile, and very disrespectful today as of Sunday 3/27/2022 at 7:30 am. They need to retrain their employees on the entrance upon entering the facility how to talk and treat the customers that are parking. I don't appreciate someone yelling, shouting, and being aggressive with me early in the morning before my flight! Some of the staff are very helpful such as the drivers are great, but the individuals that walk the lot wearing jackets have bad attitudes and come off rude as hell! This is a hot and miss. I've used them multiple times and each time is different. With construction at airport we found this the most effective way. From parking to airport is smooth as you are getting dropped off. Returning from airport can be different every time. We recently arrived and with new location of pick up due to construction I found there was no sign and no one directing line. People would arrive and stand and not know which bus company will stop or where the line starts/ends. Making customers be all over and skip people. We picked up a car we rented from turo here. Ecopark has a shuttle that will pick you up from the airport. Just know which one you want to get to. I guess they have 2 locations. The shuttle driver was nice and got us right to our car. When we went back, our trip was over, it was easy to get back in. They had multiple shuttles rolling through the parking lot so you need to know which terminal you need to get to. As they were based off of that. It was a little bit of a wait, probably at least 10-15 minutes. But we got to the airport and they dropped us off at the terminal. Our experiences were fine. This is my second time using this parking.. And I'm keep using it! I don't have to reserve no spot or call or nothing. They always have parking available. I just slide my bank card in and it gives it right back for the gate to open. I park and take a shuttle straight to my gate. No worries! Covered parking is available as well. I'm not one of those people who wash they car so I'm good! Lol It charges roughly $5...a day! And I use the same card to exit the gate when I leave and it prints out a receipt for total days. read more

This parking operation is an absolute shit show. We waited 90 minutes before we could board a shuttle from Terminal D. Every other parking operator had dozens of shuttles stop by Terminal D, while Ecopark JFK had 2 shuttles over 90 minutes with many angry customers waiting. The shuttle driver had empty seats and wouldn't let us board saying the bus was full, I yelled and boarded with my wife. The bus driver said it's not her fault and that we could've been waiting for another hour because they don't have enough buses. This is not acceptable. It was a very hot day and people were standing for 15+ minutes and then having to walk around to where they could see a shuttle passing. On return 6/16/24, I had to wait 30 minutes before I could get on a bus. Buses were coming after long period and few people waiting in line could get on as the bus already had other passengers. Okay. Now I know why there are so many negative reviews. First the attendants are clueless and rude AF. If you use a credit card you have to use the EXACT same card to leave. Meaning if someone else is picking up the car, you are screwed. If you don't get a ticket you have to leave come in and get a ticket. So they charge you multiple times. I usually only review places I love, but my experience here was so bad that it deserves to be written about. I and my family have used ecoPark for years, and, until yesterday, I would have recommended it to anyone flying out of IAH. However, yesterday I returned from a trip to find that the catalytic converter had been stolen from our truck. These things happen. I understand. In fact, another person leaving the lot at the same time had the same experience (no telling how many others had been stolen when ours was). And nobody at ecoPark seemed at all surprised or even apologetic about it. I was also told by ecoPark employees that they only have security cameras at entrance and exit points. Nobody working really seemed to have an interest in helping or an idea of what to do. I'm not sure if they're understaffed or undertrained, but customer service wasn't what it should have been. Reading through reviews I've seen that many other people have had their catalytic converters stolen while parked here. Apparently it's a pretty regular occurrence, and nothing is done about it. My last trip will also be my last time to use ecoPark. I don't feel safe leaving my car somewhere it won't be secure, and I'd rather not give money to a place that doesn't care about its patrons. read more

I have flown internationally on business for the past 20 years. The EcoPark facility at JFK is the worst parking experience I have had during the last few years. The exit billing machines have gotten progressively worse and worse until u basically need an attendant to process payment. This is unacceptable as the machines definitely need an upgrade and replacement. I have finally started going to other parking facilities when I travel. Enough of Ecopark. The young lady driving bus number 308 around 5:30 on 3/17/2024. Needs more coaching in dealing with the public. We waited 3A for a little over 37 minutes and that with the traffic only to ask her when she pulled up was this the jfk location after she loaded everyone up on the bus I observed it was jfk location on the back.
