In February, my house flooded because the washer drain hose slipped out of the drain exit pipe. It…read morewas silent and moved quickly throughout the upstairs. By the time it touched my daughter's toe, we were almost an inch deep in soapy water. We all ran for towels and the spin mop and first we barricaded the electronics area in the living room. It took us about 30 minutes to clean up all the water but by then it was too late. My wood floors were toast. In the morning, I called my insurance company and they recommended ServiceMaster. So, I called them next and they came right over with industrial fans and a crew to remove the ruined flooring. ServiceMaster worked closely with my insurance company and kept me up to speed and they did a wonderful job on the repair. I couldn't be happier and I would recommend ServiceMaster to everyone. They were GREAT !!

Terrible customer service. Terrible communication and coordination. Unethical contract practices…read more Jeff came with a blank contract, no scope or fee, and requested that I sign the right to lean paperwork without a contract or proposal in place. The following week, they had a storage pod delivered to my property without authorization or notification. When I requested to have it removed, they contact my insurance company and tried to collect compensation for a service that was unauthorized. They then tried to seek reimbursement from my insurance company for hotel rooms for an abatement company that haven't been scheduled or authorized to perform the work. When I contacted them to address my concerns, they gas lit me, said they had received authorization for the work and that they don't need the work. I wouldn't reccomend service master to anyone. If you have to work with them, keep everything in writing.

HORRIBLE company to hire. You will regret every second of it by letting them near your place. They…read moreleft our house destroyed and full of water and mold. They caused more damage then the leak did, can't trust things not to be stolen or any accountability to be held. They charged us for a ton of work they didn't even do, lied about literally anything and everything possible. Employees are shady but owner was even worse. Will talk and accuse his way out of anything and shouldnt be licensed to do the job, should be serving time behind bars where belongs. The entire business model is set up to get away with it and no one getting in trouble but literally overall the most shady company you'll encounter!

I'm dissatisfied with there service and appolled at the miss use of our funds. 181000 was to repair…read moreour home whitch he also stated in text and he was given a storage unit to put our stuff in last year in August and now is trying to say we never provided it even though he had the key unil 2 months ago. The owner of serve pro told us he had to much of a case load and couldn't get to it and they were not going to charge us for there negligence. He also said they had tore apart the whole down stairs but they did not. He used the funds to pay himself way above what he discussed with our insurance and now is trying to charge us for mitigation and demo even though he never disputed or disagreed with our insurance for the mitigation and he was paid 30000 for the work he did do. Some of his employees painted profanity on our doors and destroyed property and played dart boards on our walls during these hard times for us and our family, very unprofessional. He also left our 2 refrigerator full of food and didn't take those out the house even though they were still less then a year old when the upstairs caught fire. The refrigerators sat rotting in the house for over a year. These photos were taken the same week the house was demolished the insurance company sent someone out and had taken these photos of our home before they tore it down. This shows how they did not do anything to the down stairs and this shows how he took advantage of a family of 6 during a very hard time in our life and he told us we had to reimburse him for the demolition of the home at 24000 when he had 181000 that was to go to our home. He even met with our attorney and discussed the work that was done and about getting a storage unit to get our belongings into it. We have the emails to prove this. This is wrong and we are almost 2 years without a home. Again these photos are from a person the insurance sent out days before demolition proving the date. Also he raised the contractor bid 40,000 dollars which the contractor didn't know about and told the contractor not to contact us. The contactor reached out after 3 months a very respected contractor and we discussed this 40,000 that he said he didn't raise his bid and he was told not to talk to us.
