They had placed a call to a local plumber they use, but they did not receive a answer. I was told I should contact a plumber otherwise it would be Monday before water could be restored. Searching Google and very first entry I came across was Precision Plumbing & Rooter. I called and Levi answered right away. Levi said he was pretty well booked up and then asked what the situation was. I explained what was going on and he said he may be able to get someone out today. One hour later, Levi called back and let me know that Dan was on his way. Dan arrived and addressed the issue quickly. He explained the process step by step and was very courteous. I greatly appreciate their quick response and great customer service. A+

DO NOT CALL THESE PEOPLE!!! I am currently contacting…read moreattorneys because of their poor workmanship and major damage they did to our travel trailer. After they botched a simple unclogging job in which they blew my toilet right off of the floor, (praise the Lord no sewage came out), the guy and his young assistant came in to repair the damage they did. The toilet was loose, after the fix but seemed ok. They assured me it was fixed, billed me and that was that. That was on Feb 21st. Today I came home to find the toilet blown up off of the floor again, only this time my toilet was sticking out off of the floor about 4-5 inches and the smell was horrible. I called these guys and told them that they needed to come back and repair this job immediately (being very patient the whole time with them), and was told they would be there at around 12pm the next day. My fears were temporarily alleviated as I thought they would do the right thing. The owner called me back only to exclaim in a very defensive tone that he recalled the incident, and that it was MY! And that they were not responsible for this. I explained to them that I was documenting this and had images to prove this, and the guy told me "no you don't! Show me.", I restated that indeed documented this, only to be told "F@&$ you." And was abruptly hung up on. I have never seen such inappropriateness and incompetence in all of my life, and never been treated so poorly by any service. I'm extremely distraught, and will be taking them to small claims court as they literally caused thousands of dollars in damage to my family's trailer. PSA: DO NOT USE THESE jerks. They are unprofessional, are rude, and I thought by using a highly rated plumber I was in good hands. I've attached photos to this review to show the damage they did the day of, and how it looks now as well. I'm a very patient man, and couldn't believe how they would treat me and my family like this. I am awe struck. STAY CLEAR AWAY from these dishonest guys.

While this construction method was once seen as durable, the presence of outdated wiring raised concerns about the home's overall safety and longevity. Initial Assessments and Concerns Over the years, I have invited several electricians to inspect and address the electrical system. Some of the old knob and tube outlets were upgraded to current wiring, but each electrician assured me that the remaining knob and tube circuits were safe and that the electrical panel was in great condition. Their recommendations gave me temporary peace of mind, but lingering doubts remained due to the inaccessibility and age of the wiring. A Turning Point with Kunert Electric Everything changed when I called Kunert Electric. Two highly skilled electricians, Gabriel and Carlos, took a thorough approach to assessing my home. Their careful inspection revealed numerous hazardous issues within both the electrical panel and the existing knob and tube circuits--problems that could have led to a devastating fire. Expert Solutions and Lasting Results Gabriel and Carlos rewired the problematic knob and tube sections in a safe, smart, and efficient manner. Thanks to their expertise, the electrical system is now secure and reliable. Kunert Electric delivered expert service and provided durable, precise electrical solutions that have given me confidence in my home's safety. I am extremely grateful to have established a lasting connection with what I consider the best electrical company in Oregon.
