Our room and amenities were nice for a good price. Bed very comfy. The free breakfast a nice to have - standard fare. My main beef is that our floor was not clean enough for dog and people. I know it's a dog room and dogs, even my baby, are not especially clean. But I check the floor near the walls before we can do any damage and if it's already dirty it creeps me out. Maybe they should offer free paper slippers. Or I'm sure there must be floor cleaning machines that could clean it in a snap. If you're traveling in a people only room you might give it 4 or 5 stars.

When I left, they charged me a smoking fee! Ridiculous! They refuse to give it back saying they have proof but not telling me what their proof is. They cant have proof because I NEVER SMOKED IN THE ROOM! Hikton says its up to the hotel. Well, hopefully, my credit card will reverse the charge.

The remote control didn't work because the batteries were dead (a nice throwback to 1998), and the body wash in the shower was completely empty. Had to go back and request soap like I was bartering for rare goods. Now, let's talk about the lobby situation--which appeared to be staffed by exactly one human being for the entire building. Shoutout to Ray, who was somehow juggling a line of guests checking in, people demanding towels, broken room keys, and--my personal favorite--a full-blown "room key shortage." Yes, apparently keys are now a limited resource. Despite the chaos, Ray was genuinely pleasant and impressively patient, which is the only reason this review isn't just a string of exclamation points. Now, breakfast. I went down at 8:30, which I thought was a reasonable, adult time. Apparently not. The selection was... minimal, and by minimal I mean "are we closing?" The highlight? A sign proudly declaring "this is how we roll" placed directly above an empty cinnamon roll case. Bold. Inspiring. Slightly insulting. Overall, if you enjoy scavenger hunts for basic amenities, ironic breakfast signage, and the thrill of possibly not getting a room key, this is your place. Ashley at the front desk was a joy to be around and speak to about any minor things you may need etc. They have a microwave and fridge, an outdoor pool, and a fitness center. They also have a laundry room if you need to wash your clothes. They provide breakfast in the morning. Speaking of breakfast, their biscuits were the BEST. So soft and fluffy every single time. I think this will be our preferred hotel when we come in town.

Let's say there were at least 30 "beeps" to confirm the doors were locked or they were running to charge their laptop there. Including a kid argument outside my door at 2:15 a.m. There was also a small dog in the next room down-but didn't bark often. I felt safe here and would stay again. Convenient to 75.
