Party Size: 3 Adults & 1 Toddler (under the age of 3)…read more This was my first time staying at this Home2Suites location in Warner Robins, GA for a work event. The location that I was traveling to was less than 5 minutes away from the hotel, which was a plus in my mind. I stayed here during the GA Golden Olympics in the month of September and it wasn't crowded, provided breakfast and amazing selection of coffee (with flavored coffee creamer), teas and hot chocolate. There were so many eatery options surrounding the hotel including Cookout, McDonald's, Checkers, Cheddar's, Krispy Kreme, Longhorns and much more. Additionally, there are various shopping plazas and grocery stores nearby as well including but not limited to Walmart, Target and Kroger. The service and cleanliness of the hotel was absolutely amazing. I usually stay at Hilton Hotels while traveling for work and I've never experienced a "bad" hotel experience with Hilton. I would recommend staying here if you're in the Warner Robins area for a quick trip with the family.

My water came out light uellow and my tea tasted like coffee. She was rude but did have some guy change it out. When he brought out a new water, i thanked him and he said to me, ok but there was nothing wrong with the other water! Really? Ask Ziggy what happened. Im not just imagining it and usually dont complain. Something is going on with the Hilton brand. I have been staying for 12 years and they have always been wonderful. When I left, they charged me a smoking fee! Ridiculous! They refuse to give it back saying they have proof but not telling me what their proof is. They cant have proof because I NEVER SMOKED IN THE ROOM! Hikton says its up to the hotel. Well, hopefully, my credit card will reverse the charge.

Unfortunately, the only thing rolling was my patience right out the door. Let's start with the room--apparently towels and washcloths are now considered luxury add-ons. When I asked the front desk about it, I was told to come back in an hour... like I was reserving spa time instead of trying to take a basic shower. I returned, hopeful and naive, only to be handed what can only be described as a pool towel and a couple of hand towels. Nothing says "refreshing stay" like drying off with something the size of a napkin. The remote control didn't work because the batteries were dead (a nice throwback to 1998), and the body wash in the shower was completely empty. Had to go back and request soap like I was bartering for rare goods. Now, let's talk about the lobby situation--which appeared to be staffed by exactly one human being for the entire building. Shoutout to Ray, who was somehow juggling a line of guests checking in, people demanding towels, broken room keys, and--my personal favorite--a full-blown "room key shortage." Yes, apparently keys are now a limited resource. Despite the chaos, Ray was genuinely pleasant and impressively patient, which is the only reason this review isn't just a string of exclamation points. Now, breakfast. I went down at 8:30, which I thought was a reasonable, adult time. Apparently not. The selection was... minimal, and by minimal I mean "are we closing?" The highlight? A sign proudly declaring "this is how we roll" placed directly above an empty cinnamon roll case. Bold. Inspiring. Slightly insulting. Overall, if you enjoy scavenger hunts for basic amenities, ironic breakfast signage, and the thrill of possibly not getting a room key, this is your place. Otherwise, you might want to roll on to literally anywhere else.

We stayed at this hotel for a few nights. The location is perfect. There's a Walmart, Kroger, and plenty of places to eat near by. The best part is that Buc-Ee's is only 8 minutes away. The hotel was very nice and the employees were so nice and accommodating. Ashley at the front desk was a joy to be around and speak to about any minor things you may need etc. They have a microwave and fridge, an outdoor pool, and a fitness center. They also have a laundry room if you need to wash your clothes. They provide breakfast in the morning. Speaking of breakfast, their biscuits were the BEST. So soft and fluffy every single time. I think this will be our preferred hotel when we come in town.

The rooms were extremely clean,…read moremattresses very comfortable (wish I knew who made them, but couldn't find the tag!), decently appointed. Whoever did the refurbishment should be congratulated. A couple of glitches, though they're not huge in the long run: 1. The cappuccino machine they advertise has apparently not worked In months. The excuse is that they're waiting for a part that got held up when their truck was held up by a fire somewhere. Hard to imagine it taking half a year but there you have it. 2. One would think, with the machine broken, that they'd set up a coffee station in the lobby but there's no coffee available after 10:00 a.m. when breakfast closes. In the rooms there are Keurigs which is possibly the worst coffee on Earth outside of the Postum my grandparents drank when I was a kid. And don't get me started on the Keurig decaf, which should be an embarrassment to coffee makers everywhere. 3. Dinner was much better than expected, especially the salmon, an extra large filet perfectly cooked and seasoned. However, the menu is confusing - it lists the main protein with two side courses (for instance, salmon with grains and mixed vegetables). Then the waitress asks what you want for your two sides, and thinking those came as an addition, we all ordered salads. It was only when dinner arrived that we discovered the "two sides" were INSTEAD of the sides listed on the menu. That should be fixed. 4. Breakfast is made to order (and a bit pricey - $9 for yogurt with some granola and frozen fruit?). We requested real milk for the table and were told there was none available in the hotel, only the little creamers full of stabilizers and additives. When one of us expressed astonishment, he was told he might be able to purchase some from the front kiosk. Ditto juice - only water, or inexpensive OJ were available, even though we were paying. But we could get juice from the kiosk. In short, the kitchen cooking was better than expected, but staff should learn not to suggest people purchase milk for their coffee!! All in all though, I'd recommend this hotel without reservation - but bring your own milk.

The staff is constantly changing but the menu never changes. The drinks get smaller, if they even have what you ordered. More times than not, they are out of something, food or alcohol. The bathrooms, although nicely decorated, need work. Tonight, I was pleasantly surprised that only one toilet wasn't flushed. It's not because people don't flush them. It's because they won't flush correctly. It's getting to the point that we may stop going to trivia just because of the location.

The first room had a bed that just had the bedding straightened, not changed from the previous night's guest. She came to the room and confirmed it. The bathroom was also still all wet on the counter. It wasn't really serviced. So she moved me to the 2nd floor , the furthest room from the elevator. The problem was the wifi doesn't reach it. That means your iPad, computer etc. doesn't work. It also means the TV doesn't work. In fact the whole hotel electronics are sketch. The TV won't even turn on for 46 seconds after you push the on button. They put a sign on the front desk to notify you at check in because they are tired of people complaining. But hey, it's because the internet in the whole building sucks, and these TVs run off of WiFi. The reality is, the Patel family needs to invest in this property or just turn it into a Motel 8, because that is what it is. It's a Motel 8 at Fairfield Inn prices. Do NOT stay here. You have been warned. Oh...and if you have AT&T, you don't get more than one bar for some reason inside. Ps, I checked out at 9:30 pm to find someplace else. After 8 hours driving staying in a dump wasn't an option. Update: I just went down the road and checked into the Hilton Garden Inn. So much better and everything works.

We had an interior King room, with a full sized kitchen, living area, sleeping area and bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed (plates, cups, utensils) and even pots and pans that we didn't use. A full size fridge, microwave, kitchen sink, and stove top. (The coffee pot was in the bathroom.) The sofa was not the comfiest but also not awful. There was full length mirror that hid a closet to hang clothes and an iron with an ironing board. You could tell that the room was older but it was VERY CLEAN. There was plenty of parking. When we first arrived and checked in, the gentleman at the front desk wasn't very helpful BUT it was late and there may have been a slight language barrier. The other times I went to the front desk, there was young lady working that was very kind and very helpful. The breakfast was decent. They had toast, bagels, waffles, cereal, eggs, sausage, jams, butter, milk, tea, and juice. I didn't try any eggs or sausage as they were in warming trays and I prefer not to eat from those and the waffles were a little sour tasting but that was from the baking soda not being mixed in well (I did not get sick at all.) Why it wasn't five stars...There is no elevator. It only two floors so it's not that big a deal but when you're staying for a week and have a LOT of luggage, bringing everything in and out was a little annoying having to make a bunch of trips. There was also a very distinct food smell in the hallway. It didn't permeate into the room but it was not always pleasant. And lastly, there was also a *different* distinct smell in the stairwell several times when I went to get ice. I didn't personally care but others might. Overall, I would definitely stay here again. The value was GREAT.
