I called ahead of time and was told that they charge $15 starting off for a KIDS haircut. Ok, that's fine. My daughter requested side layers and the stylist was done in about 5 mins. No wash, nothing. They wanted to charge me $40!!! That's ridiculous!! For a child with thin hair and no wash or blowout? Are you kidding me? I got the price down to $30 and tipped 5. Never going back. You were warned!!

I have moved out of the area and live past King of Prussia and still make the 90 minute commute for her to continue to color, cut and style my hair. She cares about the quality of my hair, and doesnt try to just upsell products and services that would possibly damage my hairto make more money. The shop is always clean, carries brand products and all of the ladies that work there, have been there for years. I cant reccomend this place enough

The hairdresser I had (Lisa) did a very basic job on my haircut and it took less than 30 minutes for wash, cut and dry, I was unimpressed. I asked for a haircut but was given a trim. Note- my damaged ends are still there, but she said since it is dyed, it appears more damaged when I can clearly see all the split ends I wanted to get rid of, unfortunately I'm going to have to go to another salon and get an actual haircut. All in all, if you want Pinterest worthy haircut this is not the place. I didn't know what to expect since there are barely any reviews but if you're in a rush and need a basic haircut like a Great Clips cut this is the salon for you

So, please use my name if you go! :) They do require reservations though. They seem to be in pretty high demand, especially on the weekends. I had been hoping to just drop in, but they were completely booked. The lady who cut my hair was really friendly. She gave me suggestions and tried to make sure I liked my haircut. How I feel about my haircut after washing it myself is the true test. I felt like my hair was a lot more well-behaved. I noticed that I had a lot more little baby hairs sticking up after the cut, which is odd because I don't think they would cut the hair that short. However, I still would return to this place, and I recommend it for your next cut.

Bonus points for not over-pressuring you to buy products while you're there.

I was so fortunate to find Prestige Salon, the only place that had an opening. The front desk staff was friendly and set me up with their esthetician, Shoreh, right away. She was excellent! I had the acne facial and microdermabrasion using crystal and not diamond, which was very effective yet much gentler on my skin. The products she used were natural and felt soothing and she explained everything as it was happening, which I appreciated. She wasn't pushy with trying to upsell anything, I found her warm and kind and I enjoyed my experience from beginning to end. More importantly, my skin looked and felt amazing afterward. If I'm ever passing through Wayne again, I'll definitely stop by Prestige to let Shoreh hook my skin up.

The location is great with plenty of parking and they have always had openings for my fairly last minute appointments (though I'm not picky as to stylist). Service is professional and friendly from start to finish. You can tell the place opened awhile ago but they keep it very clean and organized out front. Sometimes it's been chaotic, sometimes quiet but I always had my appointments on time. You do have to be clear on what you want and speak up about styles, I think sometimes they get a bit too trendy and creative rather than just giving what was asked. But they want feedback and for you to have a good experience- and I think the prices are exactly on point. It really pains me to write this review (since I really used to love my stylist since I've been a…read moreloyal customer for a while) but it must be done. I've been getting my hair done here for the past 3 years (ever since I've been a redhead) and I used to be totally thrilled with my hair every time I left. I also get the same thing done to my hair every single month (color, roots, and a trim every 3-4 months) However, in the past few months, I've noticed that my color is not as great as it used to be and I brought it to my stylists' attention. She did offer to fix it when I brought it up, but it still didn't turn out the way I'd hoped. The only thing that disappoints me more than 'eh color' is the excuses she makes every month when I come in and I tell her about the color. "Oh, it must be the water you shower in" or "Oh it never takes the same way twice" or "Oh it must be your cycle." Every month the excuses get more and more crazy and 3 months later (and about 5 tries later), I still don't have the color I want. Plus I had a shoot on Saturday and one of the photos clearly shows my roots which were done only 2 weeks ago! That was the last straw for me. I'm sorry, but I think this is goodbye.
