He went under the house, found evidence of a new rodent incursion and then covered the whole property to mend the holes in mesh that covered crawlspace vents, set traps and then came to explain what was going on under my floors. He showed me pictures of both the problem areas and areas that appeared secure under my house. We then walked the house perimeter to show where the critters likely got in there during the recent snowstorm. I'm confident in the accuracy of his assessment. He'll be back in a week to check on the traps. I have needed a new vapor barrier down there so I will be getting a bid for that as well. All in all, the pricing was fair and the service exceptional. Used a thermal imaging tool to locate (possibly but not 100%). Told me initially they would scope the wall which they did not do. Sprayed some type of foam in the wall. Did not offer any alternatives to elevate the problem. Safe your money, and call someone else, I'm out $300.

We were concerned because we had alot of sawdust or carpenter ant frass as they call it in the attic. After they inspected the attic and crawlspace we were assured that the carpenter ants were dead and gone after a treatment they actually did in 2022. I highly recommend this company!
