One of the boxes arrived completely destroyed and contained random parts from three different systems. We contacted customer service immediately and made multiple calls over the span of two months -- often waiting on hold for hours -- and were repeatedly assured the issue would be resolved. After all that wasted time and effort, we were told that the only option was to disassemble everything and return the items for a refund -- as if they were doing us a favor. By that point, the units were partially assembled and the boxes were long gone, which any reasonable customer would expect not to need anymore. They refused to reimburse us for the packaging or offer any alternative solution. Given the amount of time we already spent trying to resolve this issue, the company should have issued a full refund without requiring further inconvenience. Instead, they asked us to spend even more time disassembling the product and arranging shipment, which shows a complete lack of respect for their customers' time and effort. Disorganized, unprofessional, and dishonest. Stay far away from this company.

We most urgently realized that we had a serious bathroom problem. We both shower - why have a stupid old bath tub? Besides, picture our 30-yr-old tub with that permanent kind of grime that sets into the surface after 30 years. Yuk! And that outdated 'almond' colour! Gross! BATH FITTER worked magic on our dingy old bath. You gotta SEE this! BATH FITTER replaced the old tub with a brilliant, one-piece glass-enclosure shower room. It's got everything two guys need. And - AMAZING! - they fulfilled their promise of One Day service. First of all there's the new "shower room" itself: there's more actual floorspace than what we had with that old tub, because the floor of the new shower room is flush with the floor and surrounding walls of the bathroom No step-over and roll-over wasted space. The result? Both both real & virtual enhanced arm and leg room. The ceiling-to-floor glass enclosure gives the illusion of a much bigger space, subtle curved fittings adding to the illusion. It's "big enough to swing a cat in," as they say! And I like that 'cause I got long arms! And I have a cat! "Meeoooww.. The sales guy was spot-on with his decorating advice: he gently nudged us away from unusual colours towards a contemporary white tile pattern, very subtle, with polished chrome trim and bronze hardware. Ultra modern "big" adjustable dual shower heads. We added our own custom nooks and crannies sunk into the walls for storing shampoo, shaving gear and soap. The white vinyl surfaces are glossy, yet soft and easy on the eyes and on the skin because there are no no hard edges anywhere. Everything is smooth and soft. Non-slip floor surface is built right in. Totally body-friendly. You wanna have a DELUXE shower? You want it Right Now? I'd recommend Bath Fitters. They're a class act from beginning to end!     ** Caution to anyone considering Bath Fitter, Burnaby, BC **…read more After entering into a contract with this company, I attempted to cancel and request the return of my $2,000 deposit. Under BC's Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act, consumers have the right to cancel within one year if key information is missing from a contract, or within 10 days of receiving a copy of the contract if it was not provided at signing. Both apply in my case. I did not receive a copy of the contract until the day I attempted to cancel! Had I been made aware of Bath Fitter's refund and cancellation policy at the time of signing, I likely would not have provided a deposit at all. Their failure to disclose this information not only denied me the opportunity to make an informed decision but also directly contravenes consumer protection standards in BC. Despite this, Bath Fitter has refused to return my deposit. The manager of the local branch has never contacted me directly, instead delegating all communication to administrative coordinators, which I find unacceptable given the seriousness of the situation. I have since escalated this to Bath Fitter's head office and filed a formal complaint with Consumer Protection BC. Additionally, I have raised concerns about the validity of the contract itself, as both signatures on the document appear identical. I also never released my initials or provided permission to use them, yet they appear on the contract. My experience with Bath Fitter has been dismissive, unprofessional and in clear disregard of consumer rights under BC law. I would strongly advise others to exercise caution before signing any agreement with this company.

I have already filed official complaint to Zwilling. I was badly treated by a sales rep named FRANCIS who was extremely rude and disrespectful. During our conversation at the store, he THREATENED me by saying "I will really get angry" and INSULTED me by telling me "You shouldn't be as a human being" . Noted that my whole conversation with this sales rep Francis were in Cantonese. I went to the store to refund the Zwilling Pro Stock Pot because it is too small. I bought it on Nov 13. The sales rep named FRANCIS L, took the pot and said "shouldn t you know when you bought it?" which was very rude (so customers can t change their minds???) He is the one who sold me the pot so obviously he remembered me. I told him the pot was never been used. He said he needed to check the pot, I said "sure no problem that s your job" . He inspected it and claimed the pot was used with stains at the bottom. Again, I told him I never used the pot and I didn't check the pot when I bought it, so probably someone returned this item after use and the store took it back without careful inspection, and I was the unlucky one who bought this "claimed used item". Francis kept insisted that I had used the pot and I was so upset. My poor old mom who stood next to me also kept telling him we never used the pot. We felt so insulted at the store as if we had done something wrong. I asked Francis to stop accusing me of something I didn t do, then he started getting angry and raised his voice pointed his finger at me and said "Don't you dare said I accused you, and I will really get angry" which I considered was a threat. I said you did accuse me as you kept saying that I had used the pot but I never used the pot. He said "I said you had used it and you had used it ". He even accused me I was the one who started getting angry. One lady heard our argument and commented "you both had own points but customers shouldn t be treated like that". Then Francis was so rude and said to the lady " none of your business" . He asked me to wait aside and let him first served other customers behind me. After that, he said he would do a refund and he said he was just doing me a favour. I found it so ridiculous, the store sold me an used returned item and now were doing me a favour to process a refund??? And he didn't give me back the original receipt. He even instructed me to check carefully next time before purchase. Then the worse part came. I was extremely upset and before I left the store, I told Francis that you should't point finger at customer which was very rude, then he raised his voice and argued with me again. My mom tried to calm him down as well. I said you shouldn't be a sales with this attitude and he INSULTED me by saying " YOU SHOULDN'T BE AS A HUMAN BEING!!" Since all our conversation were spoken in Cantonese, therefore he thought he could insult me without anyone understood it. I was so shocked and couldn t believe what I have heard. I asked his name and he refused to give me (I found his name on receipt later) and he asked my name back. I asked for the manager and he said he himself was the MOD. I asked the other staff for the store manager's name, she first tried to evade my question, I asked again and she finally told me the manager's name was David and I left. The whole experience felt like a scam. The store couldn 't sell the used/returned items to customers and then accused the innocent customer who bought it. And the sales rep's behaviours and attitude were totally unacceptable. I will never return to this store. I hope the management of the company will take this complaint seriously and respond promptly. I have used Zwilling products for years and I never received this kind of low level service. No customer deserves this kind of insult, unprofessional, disrespectful service. All I said here are the truth and please check the CCTV footage to verify if necessary.
