To be honest, they appeared to good to be true bc majority of the reviews were 5 stars and their estimate was reasonable. Scheduled them about two weeks out for a Saturday morning appointment which happened to be the day after my house was packed up. I did not receive the call the evening before as stated in many of the reviews. My appointment was for 9am. At 9:15am no one was at my house and no one was answering the phone number listed on their Yelp page. So I left a lengthy message about how I had a scheduled appointment and no one was at my home. I finally received a call back at 9:45am telling me that they needed to cancel and reschedule due to lack of technicians for the day. Frustrated because this appointment was booked for a while, I agreed to Sunday at the same time. Woke up Sunday, to a text message at 7amish telling me that they were running behind for my 9am rescheduled appointment. Ok fine, so I wait....the technician finally arrived around 10:30am which delayed my Sunday plans. He explained what he would be doing upstairs and downstairs. I left my pets outside and the technician at my home since I had plans for the day. The tech assured me that I would receive before and after pictures and that he would lock up before he left. Which was not a problem bc everything was already out of the house. He also advised the carpet and floors would need a few hours to dry before accessing them - which was fine. Upon returning to the home, the floors were still damp, not a problem. I made sure not to go on the carpet until tomorrow. The clean up job was mediocre for me. The grout wasn't as clean as I expected and I guess I assumed the carpets would smell clean as they did not maybe they don't add deodorizers to their cleaning process. My fault for expecting it to smell clean when I came home. I never received before and after pictures as stated and I really wasn't wow'd by the job. Communication was not the best especially when my original appointment was canceled late on the day of. Maybe they were just having a bad weekend at the end of April. Unfortunately I would not recommend despite all of the great reviews.

We hired this company based on their three room special for about $130. After months of promises from an owner of the company that they would pay for the replacement of our carpet, we were told that their insurance company's payment would be limited to the actual value of our carpet based on its age, and, we would receive no additional damage compensation from the company. This despite the fact that our carpet was perfectly suitable for years to come (assuming the company had done decent work). So in the end we were paid $2200 for the carpeting we will be paying over $8000 to replace. As a final insult, I asked management to refund the $980 we had paid to have our carpeting destroyed and they said it would be in the mail shortly. After two weeks with no payment forthcoming, I called both ownership and management and, shockingly, no one will now answer or return my calls.
