It took them two months to come back and start painting the walls. Then that was it. Our insurance had trouble getting in contact with them, then their phone number was unreachable, their excuse was that they were changing management. They were going to replace the floors with a "close match" hardwood, so we would have had mismatched floors. After dropping them and having Atlas floors come and finish the job (impeccably, might I add), I noticed paint stains on our genuine leather sofas. I am beyond livid. Please spread he word never to use this company.

At the beginning Saint's Restoration was VERY quick to respond AFTER collecting our $1,000 deductible. They came out within the week to dry the inside of our walls, and in the process they added ANOTHER hole in our ceiling, and broke into our walls in the master restroom. I questioned all the damage done, but they ensured me that the damages were going to be replaced and was a part of the procedure. The drying process took about 3-4 days, and after they came to pick up their drying equipment, I NEVER heard from the company again. I called everyday for a week, and their direct line was 'busy' or disconnected. I also tried calling the line of a girl name Brittany, that was helping me with the scheduling to get my house repaired. I left her at least a DOZEN messages, and it has been a month now.. and I have not received any phone call back. Overall, this company TAKES YOUR MONEY and shouldn't be trusted. I ended up having to contact my insurance company to have someone else sent out.

He helped me understand what was going on, called a plumber that had isolated the refrigerator leak before noon. In addition, he helped with my conversation with my insurance company, while on speaker phone. He removed all the damaged drywall and cabinets BY HIMSELF! I have never seen that before. He is an amazing worker, professional, personable, honest and never leaves a mess. I also want to thank Vince, who is on the rebuild side- for his help in making our options easy to understand and working with him has been a pleasure. An update!! They new cabinets were just put in, Vince and Hugo, along with their team of Job, Jesus and Andres got it all done in record time- start day to today 2/12/26. Everything was left immaculate and their willingness to work with our adjuster and my husband and I couldn't have been better. Our countertops look brand new and they even helped with some handyman issues with the door hinges that were not part of the problem.

We lifted the stain immediately with our residential cleaner. Also, when we cleaned the rest of the carpet lots of dirt came up which was surprising after having the carpet steam cleaned. To give Topaz the benefit of the doubt, I submitted a request to their email through their website. According to their website they have a satisfaction guarantee within the first 30 days. Unfortunately we have not heard back from them.
