I also would have expected clearer documentation, a long-term plan, or recommendations beyond repeated spraying. The technicians are polite and professional, but the overall approach feels complacent and reactive rather than thorough or solution-oriented. He also helped with a bird that was caught in my kitchen vent. Most recently, Nicole assisted my parents by sealing areas on the roof where a bird got stuck in the vents at their home. We have had other experiences with hawks and ducks too! When they do catch the animal, they make sure to feed and get them healthy so that when they are relocated, the animals are in good health to survive in the wild. They are the Wildlife whisperers.
