In this day and again, looking at the review of previous customers helped me make my decision to utilize them. I submitted a request for an estimate. The same day, I received a call from the company to set up the appointment. Sean, the Koala rep, did the estimate. He was straight forward, honest, and didn't pressure. The estimate I received was less than what I had budgeted for it so I was happy. He made a recommendation for cupola fans in the attic, which was something I had been considering. The company was able to easily make the appointment on a day I was off so it didn't disrupt my schedule. Sean's crew arrived early. All members of the crew were very polite and friendly. They were very efficient. The fans and the insulation were done in only a few hours. The Koala team took the utmost care to clean up after themselves, even thought they did a pretty great job of not making much of a mess. I would highly recommend Koala for anyone looking to put in/renew insulation in their house.

We actually had a hiccup with our ac unit in the attic after work was completed but they came right back out and didn't hesitate to make things right. Definitely recommend them!
