Knight Home Services installed a "Frost-Proof Hvy Duty Lawn Faucet, Anti-Siphon" back in July 2025,…read morewhich ended up being defective. When it got stuck and wouldn't let the water out in Sept 2025 it was repaired at no charge under the warranty. It was still under warranty when it happened again in Jan 2026, but a different employee came out, who proceeded to tell me that I had broken it because the hose was attached to it. I explained that I had attached the hose to see if the water was working since it had gotten stuck the day before and I could not use it. Then he said the wind had caused it and I had caused it and I kept telling him I had not done anything and the wind had always been here and it had never affected the spigot that had been here for 20 years and then he said it I could add a heating strip and/or insulation - and again I said none of those things were needed with the previous frost-free spigot and this spigot is defective. At first I wanted it replaced because it was defective - this had happened twice now - it was not bursting, it wouldn't let the water out and this particular time whatever was froze up inside of it thawed out between me checking it and Tim his employee checking it. He did absolutely nothing to fix it and was surly and rude to me. I thought he had left to go back to the office and speak to his boss about it; instead he walked around in my yard without my permission, and apparently talking on the phone to his boss, because he came back to the front door and when I opened it, he put the phone out and said his boss wanted to speak to me so I took the phone, and his boss proceeded to shout at me, ranting in a nasty tone and repeating that I had left the hose on it and caused it to "freeze and bust" and told me that at least 10 times and I kept trying to speak and tell him it did not "freeze and bust" because it was working again! He was so rude and belligerent and I refused to be disrespected like that and handed the phone back to his employee, Tim. The owner Travis Knight, was such a bully and so rude to me because he did not want to honor the warranty. Today he called and left a message wanting me to call him. At this point I will not give him another opportunity to speak to me that way again. I texted him to inform him of that and to also inform him that neither he nor anyone associated with him can enter onto my property or they will be charged with trespassing. I will no longer accept a replacement and want to be refunded in full and I want my money back immediately.

This Wilder, TN company is not affiliated with the Complete Comfort Solutions in Mount Juliet, TN…read more The Wilder, TN CCS is not trustworthy. I requested water heater service through my home warranty company on a Friday. I spoke to CCS owner, via phone, and told him what was happening. CCS scheduled a home appointment for Monday. Failed to make the appointment because the employee was reportedly in a crash and totaled the truck. They would not answer any phone calls, but only communicated by Text after this. They said they would send someone on Tuesday. No one showed. No response to texts until Thursday...now 6 days after first conversation. I send photos of the Water Heater and leak and I was told they would work on getting a new one ordered. On Monday, now 10 days later, Home Warranty company sends me an email saying some repairs and new items, plus plumbing lines and code upgrades are not covered. This was based on the CCS estimate after they "visited" my home on Friday. CCS never visited my home. I complained to Warranty company they estimate is inaccurate and false since CCS never visited my home. Warranty company calls CCS and is told the second driver was involved in a crash and did not make it to the home on Friday either. However CCS submitted the false estimate highlighting many items that were not needed. CCS would have known that if they actually came to the home. I recontact CCS and ask for a copy of the estimate and they won't provide it. Told me their second driver's truck was down for repairs and that is why he did not make the appointment...that I was never told they were coming for. In the end, the Home Warranty company is reimbursing me my costs when I got my own contractor and they agree that CCS was not honest in this work approach. I would caution anyone that is considering using CCS of Wilder, TN. I found them untruthful and unreliable.

While checkeing one of the two central heat and air units he found a issue with the downstairs gas heat unit that would have cost us possibly $2000 to have repaired! And after negotiations the property owner replaced the unit before we closed on the house! Scott also met with us at the property to review the home inspection report and walk us through the issues he found days later after we flew into town. My wife and I were very happy with All Around Affordable Home Inspection Services and would highly recommend them.

Scott Clark, the owner sent the inspection report via email with few minor issues listed! But! When Scott called my husband and I, to discuss theses issues, Scott started with the air conditioning unit that stated needs repair not such a minor issue. Scott went on to say the unit is 18 years old, it has a leak, if there is one, there must be two up in unit, and unit is not communicating with thermostat, which he had to bypass, in order for it to work! He went on to say the unit has been repaired before and its pretty much on it's "last leg!" as it is 18 years old. Heater works "Satisfactory" if you could see this report...everything is Satisfactory! So I asked him why doesn't the report state that? How much would it cost to replace unit? Cheap repair? 3k what's in there now 6 to 7k with labor. and if it was him he would ask for a replacement unit, I told him we had to replace a unit in our home we sold...with that said, I called our realtor, who also received copy of this report, who called Scott, well he lied through is teeth! Oh it's not my place, ect, ect, little did Scott know he was recorded as he back peddled and countereddicted himself! Anyway, it was time to do the walk thru, nothing on inspection report about tile on kitchen grout has hole that Ray Charles could have seen along with several dead trees outside that needs to be removed! Lights on front of garage do not work, no it's not bulbs I changed them, side door to garage is rusted at bottom, not noted, did not check generator, did not check jet tub, but when we 1st looked at home smoke detector needed batteries and was beeping, upon our walk through still beeping, but not noted in report. So if you want someone to screw you over this would be the guy to use!
