Kenny was the most professional and prompt in his reply and was able to check out the property the very next day. He was honest in his assessment of the pipe and indicated that it did not in fact need a full repair - instead referring us to trusted business associates to do a liner in the pipe. He didn't charge us and we were so grateful and appreciate to find such a communicative, professional, and honest person like Kenny for our second opinion and to help us close on the house of our dreams. Thank you!

We set up an appointment, but due to an emergency on their part, we had to wait an extra day (actually the weekend since it was a Friday afternoon). After setting appointment for Monday morning, they contacted & changed it to an afternoon appointment - luckily we're retired so could arrange to be home. Tech called before coming. Confirmed he would be there in 45 minutes. He arrived on time. He very quickly assessed both toilets. One needed auguring & the other needed replacement parts. He didn't carry the parts on his truck, so he went to pick them up & came back. Eric was friendly, efficient & helpful. He took care of our problems quickly. Overall, we were pleased with Open Line & won't hesitate to call in the future.

There wasn't a six hour window that I had to wait around for. We scheduled for 10am, and he was there at 10am sharp. 3) Stevie completed the job the same day in a time far faster than anticipated. 4) Stevie was professional, polite, great to talk to, and a true tradesman. I was surprised how much easier interacting with Just Your Plummer was compared to Bill Howe Plumbing. Not that dealing with Bill Howe is complicated, but Just You Plummer streamlined the process, and they did it at less than half the cost. I originally scheduled with Bill Howe which would take two separate appointments. The first was to quote the parts needed, and the second to schedule and perform the work. Bill Howe quoted me at $625 to replace five shut off valves where Just Your Plummer completed the job in half the appointments, and at less than half the cost. I saved a day and over $300. I couldn't be happier.

I don't appreciate being lied to and JC Plumbing did just that…read more JC Plumbing knocked on my door to my condo unit saying they urgently needed to fix a leak in the "common line." The plumber from JC Plumbing said they needed to cut a hole in the wall to access a common line pipe and that our HOA would cover all the costs including drywall repair. The plumber from JC Plumbing didn't say our HOA "might" cover it or advise us to check with HOA before proceeding. They said our HOA would cover all the costs associated with this job. As JC Plumbing is the designated company our HOA uses it seemed like the plumber spoke with HOA before knocking on our door. We let them in; they did the repair. Lo and behold another leak forms where they did the repair. We asked them to send someone out again to fix it. They had to send someone the next day. They took all day to do so saying they accidentally sent someone to the wrong unit. So they sent a "senior" technician out who fixed the leak and said the piping/attachment was placed in the wrong spot. The senior plumber said they would be in touch to adjust the attachment and patch up the drywall but it has been a month and no one has contacted us. Now we are living with a hole in the wall and costs associated with that when we didn't have any plumbing issues in the first place and did not even call JC Plumbing in the first place. We didn't ask for this inconvenience and yet we have to deal with it. Now our HOA is telling us we have to patch our own drywall or hire someone on our own dime. We were under the impression HOA would cover it because that is what JC Plumbing said. It felt like the employees from JC Plumbing wanted to say whatever they needed to say to gain access to our unit just to get their job done; not feeling no bad about telling lies to do so. Sounds like they are ok sleeping well at night. Meanwhile, we have a hole in our wall for a month and counting and I had to interrupt my work day to let them to do work. They seemed respectful of my unit, putting plastic down, doing their work neatly. But this lack of follow-up and miscommunication ruins my view and experience with them. I have names of the people that worked on our unit. Feel free to message me privately to obtain that info. They seemed hesitant to give me a business card of their contact info in the first place so that was probably the first red flag.

The entire job took less than an hour. This wasn't a complicated plumbing repair--it was a basic service call. Charging that kind of money for such a simple job feels like blatant price gouging.
