Both times I have gone (neither one by my choice, but with the rest of the wedding party on the request of the bride), they have massacred the hairstyle I asked for to the point that it has not even remotely resembled what I was looking for. And I even had pictures with me of what I wanted. The second time I ended up with some kind of strange puffed out 80s style bangs that continue to send shivers up my spine when I remember them to this day. She also lays out a plan for the next few haircuts so I know exactly what to expect for future visits. I had a dramatic colour change from blonde to red at Imagine and although the process has taken a few attempts to get just right, I never felt uneasy at any point. Having trust in your stylist is the most important thing. Plus, nobody in this world can blow-dry my hair like this girl can. Not a curl left in sight! I haven't tried the salon for any treatments other than cut and colour, so I can't really comment on their other services, but the staff are all really friendly and helpful. I find the cost to be pretty standard for a city based salon, I pay around $150 for a full head colour, cut and blow-dry.
