Salon is a decent space, staff nice, but I didn't get the balayage I wanted and paid $265 for. The first time they tried coloring it, it was so far from the picture I provided they offered to do it a second time. Though it looked good when I left the salon the second time, 11 days later my hair is very brassy orange and I have to have it redone a third time. I contacted the owner whose explanation was you can only lighten hair so much per visit and offered nothing in the way of compensation. Well, if the stylist knew she couldn't achieve what I wanted, there was plenty of opportunity to explain this to me with my two visits and us messaging before my returning a second time. Bottom line is properly done balayage should not go from a blonde ish to an orange in less than two weeks after spending a total of 6 hours in a chair and spending the amount I did.

I ended up seeing Meghan, shes a newer stylist but was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I have to say--she did an amazing job!! I was really worried about loosing a lot of length despite knowing a lot had to go to make it healthy again. She managed to trim off just enough, but still left it at a perfect length. She even recommended a 3 step hair treatment to help get my hair back in order. It was a lovely service: and I will be going back to her again. Great job Meghan!

This little hair studio is located in a strip mall on Sackville Drive, and can be difficult to locate if you aren't paying attention. While I always make an appointment with my usual hair dresser, the 3's Company staff are great at fitting in drop-ins, and there are usually enough people working at a time to keep on schedule. What I've learned to love about getting my hair done here is how comfortable the environment is. The clientele is mainly women in their mid-teens or twenties and moms (my mom included). That satisfaction is thanks in part to the compliments that everyone working gives me on every new do, but if it's a scheme to keep my business it's working.
