They went above and beyond - cleaned huge amounts of pine needles that had been jamming the gutters, flushed the gutter spouts where the pine needles had effectively turned into soil and were backing up drainage, removed several dead birds who had been nesting in the gutters, thoroughly zinced the roof, and also zinced the steps on our front porch even though that was out of the scope of the work order. The previous company we'd used multiple times always had a way of making us feel like we were a burden and they'd rather be doing something else. The job itself, which is truly what most readers here will care about, was perfect. The windows were spotless and I haven't yet noticed even a tiny swipe or corner that he'd missed. But here are the little things that really impressed: Our house has 5 bedrooms, a bonus room, an office... LOTS of windows that face all different directions. That also means lots of blinds, most that open top down or bottom up. Because of the different views our house has (street, back yard, side property...) we have our blinds set different ways. Past window cleaners simply opened them all up to clean and left them as is - maybe to show off how bright and clean the windows were or simply because they didn't have the attention to detail to return them to how they were. Pete was meticulous in putting each one back as it was. Again, it was is if he wasn't even there apart from our newly sparkling windows! Also, we had a piece of construction tape high up on above a second floor window that builders hadn't removed. I'd noticed it shortly after we'd moved it and had a mental note to remove it at some point. I noticed after Pete left that he'd thoughtfully removed it for us. Thanks Pete! All in all a great job. The customer rep Morgan is awesome / responsive, the crew was super nice (Andrew and Clayton) and the owner replied timely to questions / concerns as well. The a roughly 3000 sq home - 2 story, the project probably took the team 1.5 hours to complete. I surveyed the site afterwards and it was in good shape - not a whole lot of leftover debris from the roof. The crew used a water hose for the moss / gutter clean and afterwards applied a liquid solution to prevent moss - I was told the solution should be applied every 6 months (water hose and not pressure wash as pressure wash is too much for the roof). A brush wasn't used like some of the other gutter cleaning companies. The next day - when the sun was out I walked across the street to get a clear view of certain sections of my roof. I noticed "green" / moss still on a certain area so I took pictures and sent them to Jordan. He replied and said that he would have the team come back out and take care of it. Overall - Issaquah gutter has great customer service. Giving them a four star because we had to have the crew come out after the project to get the remainder of the moss on the roof. If it was all completed on day 1 I would have given them 5 stars. I engaged with a few other companies up front and went with Issaquah because they were most responsive and professional.

Booking was easy - send an email detailing the work requested and they send a bid (granted, they've done work for us before so that speeds things up.) This week's projects incl. power washing our deck & driveway, a total low-pressure clean up of our composite roof, rinsing the gutters and cleaning the windows and skylights on both stories. Everything looks great! Rodrigo showed up (appropriately masked) promptly on both days, was friendly & thorough, worked safely and with care for our landscaping and did a great clean-up (shovels full of moss from the driveway power washing!) after the work was done. Home maintenance projects are definitely one of those things where you get what you pay for. Go with a cheap fly-by-night operation and you'll get what you pay for.
