Now, they want to charge me another $300 to remove - not replace but simply remove - the film they installed 13 years ago, and which is peeling away. He did keep his word and call me back that afternoon and gave me an EOD appointment the next day at 5pm. He showed me the chart, I picked what I wanted and dropped the car off. He finished within 60-90 minutes. The car was tinted perfectly and the customer service was great. I should've went here to begin with. The pricing was reasonable as well, given the fact that he had to remove my existing tint put on two days prior. I would go again!

I took my Lexus to him (Sam) and…read morehe informed me that he had to take my front doors off to do the tint, I have the projector lights in my doors which at night glow on the ground with the Lexus Logo, when my doors are open. Really gives my vehicle a great look. After he removed my doors my driver side light is completely ruined. I called him immediately at which he told me to come so he can take a look, already stating that it wasn't his fault sight unseen and telling me he has cameras in the bay and the doors didn't fall or that they were not mishandled. I left my car there, how would I know if my light was hit. I go to his shop "what a waist of time" he now proceeds to take the light out to show me what I already know the projector is broken. He now is telling me I should be able to go back to the company and they should fix it, not him and how convenient there was no video footage. After all the business I have given him, not to mention the referrals. He didn't feel he should do anything. Not to mention my husband, Sister and Son were coming to him due to my recommendation. Let me add that every time I got my tint done I had to return due to something not being done correctly, tint rolling inside my door well, bubbles etc. He definitely LOST ME as a Customer and my son made his appointment which he cancelled. He has no honor, not to mention as many times as I've gone to him, he has no idea on how to keep his customers, 4 cars and never a break on the pricing. Definitely will never Recommend his business, because he will not be responsible if he breaks something on your vehicle.

Adaptive Insulation's price was right in the middle and felt entirely fair for the scope of work. Now, having seen what they went through to install cellulose insulation in our completely uninsulated (read: broiling) attic and cavernous, rocky crawlspace, it seems like we should have paid them more! What a job! Josh handled the project from start to finish and was clear, communicative, and easy to work with. His crew--Brock, Rourke, and Brandon--were the BEST. We appreciated it that the whole team introduced themselves at the beginning of our project--it felt so much better to have them in our home once we knew their names and faces. All three were so friendly, kind, hard-working, and respectful of our space, leaving it cleaner than they found it. Brock in particular was fabulous to work with. He encouraged questions, was happy to make changes based on feedback, and made sure at the end of the job that we were 100% satisfied, which we absolutely were. You will not regret hiring this incredible company--we recommend them wholeheartedly, and can't wait to enjoy a cooler home this summer and a warmer home next winter!

They also cleaned up when they finished the job.
