Not a lick of wood, hardware, or any material remained on site when they finished. The crew applied their many years of experience to the project, setting the new windows, insulating, and then silicone caulking. Really, for the multiple quotes I received, this project was so reasonable my spouse took me to Block Island on the savings. Great work. Fair price. Mostly, though, we felt cared for during the job. They know what they're doing and they are kind in their work. Recommend without hesitation.

At first contact, Gareth assured me his guys had the experience and expertise to fix our door after being told by others it might need to be replaced (they said this site unseen, just from pictures I took). Mr. Handyman was able to be at our home in 2 days. The man who came, James, was awesome. Friendly, knowledgeabl, efficient and absolutely confident he could fix the doors. It was obvious he knew exactly what he was doing and he did it perfectly. I cannot say enough about these two outstanding employees and we are 100% satisfied with the quality of the work performed at a very fair price. If I could give them more than a 5 rating, I would.

I had Gibson recommended to me and while they weren't the cheapest they had the best solution and the other places had mediocre reviews. The work was completed last week and I'm happy. They had to replace the top step of concrete as well as the door. It rained heavily all Memorial Day weekend and no leaking. The windows came out good too. My only complaint was the length of time it took from booking the job to completion (2.5 months). Overall they did a good job and I would recommend using them.

Unfortunately I have to leave a 1 start review. I have never left a one star review on anything,…read moreespecially a smaller family owned business. I don't even know where to start. To sum it up, there was a lack of communication between the family members as to what kind of tinting I wanted done on my vehicle. After they tinted my car, I was shocked to see that everything was entirely wrong. (I had just paid almost $400 mind you) so I was upset, especially considering I was very clear as to what I wanted done to my car. When I went back in the office and asked them about it, they immediately became very defensive and started speaking Spanish so that I couldn't understand. They were visibly panicking, and when we went out to my car, they started coming up with a whole list of random reasons as to why I was wrong... it was very bizarre and made me uncomfortable to the point where I ended up leaving. Essentially, they were gaslighting me to the max because they did not want to admit their mistake. If they had just admitted they were wrong I would have completely understood, but unfortunately, being honest is not the approach that they took in this situation. When I got home, I was looking at my windows and there were many bubbles on every window except for 1 (as well as scratches on the inside of the passenger side window). I know that it takes a few days for the bubbles to work themselves out, so I held off on writing this review. It is now over three days later and my windows are still bubbly which is a real bummer. I will have to go somewhere else to get this problem fixed. I will not go back to Goat Tints because if they did such a careless job applying the tints, I don't trust them to remove them properly. Regardless, just be aware that these are not honest business people and I do not recommend this business.
