The staff is courteous and pleasant. I was in and out (with an appt.) in a couple hours. Full disclosure: They are not the cheapest. Truthfully, you shouldn't want cheap work. The small difference in price is WELL worth it. Just got my '11 BMW 750i done. 20% all around and 70% on the windshield. BEAUTIFULLY done. I think?) was phenomenal and super friendly and informative without being over the top and trying to sell you one million different things. The vibe inside was great and there was a really cute dog there which would've gotten this place a 6/5 but I think the dog was super shy so I didn't get to pet him too much lol. But I got basically same day service and they got both windows, rear windshield, and the corner port glass all done in like an hour. I will say it was a little on the pricier side? Maybe I'm just poor but the middle option was twice as expensive as the cheapest one (I got the middle option because it was recommended and they let me see the difference firsthand). I brought 2 brand new cars to this place (used to be A plus tinting) and now I hate driving them at…read morenight. The first night I drove with the new tint I noticed it looked like I had astigmatism, a single light was shining way more than normal. So I brought the car back, they said they would redo the front windshield since the previous tint has been faulty in the past. Now in my opinion, if this was an issue on a past customers car, why would you reuse it? Anyways, they said they "upgraded" the tint, but it looks the exact same. Now my entire car is wrapped in this dogsh*t tint and I regret driving at night. Not only is the tint horrible quality, but the customer service is just as bad. The price is great, but you get what you pay for.
