The owners of this company Doug and Patrick as well as their technicians are great people. Last year we had them install an awning on our back deck. By our own choice we decided not to have the awning cover the entire deck (our mistake). Over the Fall season they came out re-measured and took our less than a year awning and modified it so it would cover the entire 18x13 deck. In addition we had them install a Hollywood side panel and second drop privacy screen. Our deck as well as our house stays cool b/c of the shade the awning provides and we love the additional privacy and rain protection the shades provide. All of the installers that have been to our house are professional, polite and pay attention to detail. You can see they know what they're doing and take extra care to ensure the customer is satisfied with the install and final product. The only reason I'm giving two stars is they did call me back. I was told that they would send some pictures to me of what I was looking for. I never saw an email or heard from them. I called them numerous times to follow up and was never able to speak with someone directly. I always got an answer machine. Never called me back. read more

My awning holds water & it was just installed weeks ago. I called for an adjustment and the crew was rude & only dropped it lower. It still held water and obstructed my view. I complained I wasn't happy and was told by the crew that you only use the awning for sun protection & had to retract it whenever it rained. I purchased my previous awning from them 14 years ago & in a light rain never had to retract it. I believe I dealt with another owner at that time because this present person I spoke to doesn't really address the problem immediately & service is not a main concern. They really do a RIP & SKIP job. I truly suggest if you want service try another awning company. read more

After 8 years of service I get what amounts to be a termination of services letter from Doug the owner. Letter states they will no longer be servicing our account. My wife and I have never had an issue and always made an in time payment for services as well as tipping the workers who came to work. After making several calls to the office February 2020 to find out what the issue was Doug the owner finally returns my calls and offers no reason for his letter and was rude as hell during the phone call asking me a paying customer why I was calling the office. I said your letter gave us no reason are you going out of business at which point he replied no we r thinning our services and we will not serving you, pretty told me to go find someone else. Never in 51 years have I ever dealt with a more unprofessional person. If I could have given 0 stars I would. read more
