The second time was recently and the owner called me to reschedule our appointment because he wanted to use American made glass which was not in stock but would be in a couple of days. It was corrected but water flowed out a little still. i figured out it was the tile grout area and how to fix it. i feel they weren't thorough or knowledgeable on this installation. They did a replacement glass for coffee table that turned out great. So it's hit and miss.

There were only 4 vehicles there during that hour, one with a filter they didn't have, and one turned away. They seemed a little disheartened about the fact that there was another vehicle in line but offered me a water while I waited. They tried to be as nice as they could about the whole thing but didn't even have the premium oil that they advertise. I felt that they were like a waiter serving someone with a horrible cook behind them. They washed my window after the service which I'm sure is a normal perk but I felt it was an apology wipe and wanted to tell him it was ok and ask to stop. Time is money ! I contacted them no less than 6 times over 3 months' time in early 2023, and despite coming to my house twice to ascertain the job requirements, they never returned a phone call even once, and never could find record of even having come give me a bid when I called for updates. They even ordered a new window for me, came to install it, discovered it was the wrong size, and still didn't come back or call to make it right, despite saying they would. Something's amiss with this company.
