I called all the plumbers in the phone book and they all could not arrive to fix my broken pipe for another week. This company was very busy also, but they agreed to fix my pipe the same day. The plumber arrived later that day and a qualified polite man fixed my pipe so I had my water back to my home. He only charged me for the one hour minimum fee, and the small amount for the parts. No thank you!! The sales person had a very bad attitude. He blamed all problems and issues on their customers. Any question I had was met with disdain and dismissive answers. I wouldn't deal with them. There are other reputable generator companies that are much easier to work with.
