I closed the water shut off valve at the water meter, and I no longer had water at my home. I called all the plumbers in the phone book and they all could not arrive to fix my broken pipe for another week. This company was very busy also, but they agreed to fix my pipe the same day. The plumber arrived later that day and a qualified polite man fixed my pipe so I had my water back to my home. He only charged me for the one hour minimum fee, and the small amount for the parts. I was very happy to get my water back.

They are by far the best I have ever used. There products are great quality and their service is second to none. I'm always impressed with the knowledge of their service personnel. They are professional, very polite, and always on time for appointments. Pricing is more than fair and they have gone over and above to hold costs to a minimum. In one instance their tech "Bruce" came to service a unit in a house just purchased and he took the serial number of the unit and called around the area to determine where it had been purchased. It turned out it was still under warranty and saved us well over a $1000.00 for replacement. The "Best" in the area bar none! Buzz Dutton Nacogdoches

feel like people should know about my experience…read more This company replaced the evaporator coil in my HVAC system. Immediately after the repair, the unit began leaking a significant amount of water from the air handler that it had never leaked before. They came out and blew out the primary drain but the problem persists. We've contacted the company multiple times over the past several weeks asking them to come back and inspect their work, but they have repeatedly failed to do so. This is the 1 star review I will be leaving for the ac company At this point, we're left with a bucket collecting water every day while waiting for someone to honor their repair. Mistakes can happen, but refusing to stand behind your work and leaving a customer with an unresolved issue is unacceptable. They have consistently been dodging our calls and requests for them to come remedy this issue. I can't recommend a company that won't return to address a problem that started immediately after their own repair.

Last evening, the ac stopped cooling; the fan was running but the compressor would not come on. I read about York AC online and was impressed by the reviews. Today, a Saturday BTW, we called and they kindly agreed to send someone to look at our system. Early afternoon, a wonderful tech named Brad worked us into his busy day and came out to see what was wrong. In just a few minutes, he found that two terminals had burned out in the compressor. He replaced those and our home is now cool again. This is an honest and upright company, and they have our business for life. We will absolutely be hiring York AC to replace our old unit when the time comes. Brad, you are my hero! With gratitude, Beverly

I really give this company a ZERO! I had a new roof put on my home. The job was to remove, clean…read moreand re-install my panels back on the roof. It was a disaster! After they completed a very sloppy job. My system proced 50% less than before. I called and they came back out several times and could not figure out why. After the last time they came out the system didn't work at all! They were suppose to get an adapter and come back out. Never came or called. I paid solar company out of Houston to come check my system out. With in 15 minutes they had my system working. There were two wire that were wired wrong and the on/off switch was reversed. They then inspected the panel installation. There were several panels that were not even anchored down, wires wre not clipped to the back of the panels to keep them off the roof, numerous panel were not anchored properly, the rails were not installed properly, and one panel wasn't even plugged in. The company from Houston, removed all the panels and corrected the improper installation. BOTTOM LINE: THIS IS THE WORST COMAPNY I HAVE EVER RUN ACROSS! THEY TALK A BIG STORY BUT ABSOLUTELY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND THE JUST DON'T CARE!!! I would not let this company even change a light bulb
