Still, they didn't do that, after replacing the wrong unit they installed. And there wasn't a pea trap installed either. The installation of the air handler was a horrible job, flashing sticking out, away from the new system. Yes, Brad seems very attentive. Each time he has been here, there is always a new fresh face. That says a lot about a company. What thru me, is that he's sending me an email to rate what they screwed up with a review? Don't take my word for it, check it out, when upgrading AC tonnage, what tests are needed before and after installation. Brad also said that, there is Moisture around the insulated Refrigerant line? Not only all inside the insulation of the Refrigerant line, but also the water drain line. For a pier and beam house, that's too much moisture!

In one instance their tech "Bruce" came to service a unit in a house just purchased and he took the serial number of the unit and called around the area to determine where it had been purchased. Tech came out around 11 am and worked until around 3 pm. Cost me over 2000 dollars. 4 hours after he left, the ac froze up and quit working again. I called and was told dispatch would call me right away with an appointment (mind you, I was hoping that I wouldn't have to spend another hot sleepless night.) After an hour and having received no phone call, I called back. The answering service told me that they were at capacity for the night and someone would call me in the morning to set up a new appointment. I'm sorry, what!? I just paid a months wages to fix my problem and you can't be bothered to send somebody out because its 8:30 pm? So I can just be hot another night and day? Unbelievable. Don't believe their stupid commercial talking about "we're not comfortable until you are." I'm sure they are going to dun me for more money tomorrow to fix what they failed to fix today. I dont trust this company anymore and I urge anyone who cares to avoid these clowns at all cost! There are other options in the Lufkin area.

Which he did, put in two new standard capacitors (market price $17/ea.) . Took him 10 minutes, tops... Then I get the bill: $485 for what they want to call a "Complete Voltage Enhancement System Renovation." I looked at the job and it was just undo two screws, replace two inexpensive parts, and grease the contacts. Call it that, or call it a "complete system renovation." Seems like a way to give it a fancy name and charge you more. I called them on it and they wouldn't budge, so buyer beware. I'd used WA in the past and was always happy with them, but something has changed. I think they still do good work, but I obviously don't think their pricing is fair.
