Still, they didn't do that, after replacing the wrong unit they installed. And there wasn't a pea trap installed either. The installation of the air handler was a horrible job, flashing sticking out, away from the new system. Yes, Brad seems very attentive. Each time he has been here, there is always a new fresh face. That says a lot about a company. What thru me, is that he's sending me an email to rate what they screwed up with a review? Don't take my word for it, check it out, when upgrading AC tonnage, what tests are needed before and after installation. Brad also said that, there is Moisture around the insulated Refrigerant line? Not only all inside the insulation of the Refrigerant line, but also the water drain line. For a pier and beam house, that's too much moisture!

The reason is it cost $$ to have it shipped faster. Would have been glad to pay for faster delivery. Also beware if they first start the phone conversation with the age of your unit or water heater, they will always try and sell you a new unit. Wish I knew this before.

Which he did, put in two new standard capacitors (market price $17/ea.) . Took him 10 minutes, tops... Then I get the bill: $485 for what they want to call a "Complete Voltage Enhancement System Renovation." I looked at the job and it was just undo two screws, replace two inexpensive parts, and grease the contacts. Call it that, or call it a "complete system renovation." Seems like a way to give it a fancy name and charge you more. I called them on it and they wouldn't budge, so buyer beware. I'd used WA in the past and was always happy with them, but something has changed. I think they still do good work, but I obviously don't think their pricing is fair.
