We have an old gas fireplace and to start it the front screen and a trim piece have to be removed. They offered to install a remote starter which they did. Now I can light it without removing the screen and it works like a charm. I'm sorry I don't recall their names but the two guys were very professional and friendly and I highly recommend this company if you need work done on your fireplace.

Please make darn sure you don't mind being stood up by Sears Technicians/Repairman. Not only have I…read morebeen stood up (3) three different times waiting from an 8:00am - 5:00pm WINDOW! But the repairman is NOT Certified on Lawn mowers as he disconnected the Safety wires to the Left control arm on my Zero Turn mower! Then he tells me NOT to let the mower idle in high (full throttle) because it turns or crawls to the left. After calling Sears and talking to maybe 20+ Sears agents, there is not anyone who will call you back to see what in the world is going on. I was told of (3) three different email address's to send pics, video and my complaint to and still nobody has called me! I've been telling those Sears workers they need to be seeking employment because at this rate Sears Hometown won't be around much longer. Leslie On Oct. 28, 2021 a technician was supposed to show up. Some lights were NEVER delivered and the ones that were (chandeliers), were missing crystals and or lamps and he said someone on site lost them. My husband helped our electrician to put them up. Why would anyone take crystals from a chandelier? One of them was discounted and NOW we know why. Keith is condescending and rude. We spent over 10k to be treated this way. We paid upfront in full and three of the chandeliers were thrown in a box with zero protection. Trust me I'm doing you a favor. There are so many other respectful place to go for fixtures.
