We have an old gas fireplace and to start it the front screen and a trim piece have to be removed. They offered to install a remote starter which they did. Now I can light it without removing the screen and it works like a charm. I'm sorry I don't recall their names but the two guys were very professional and friendly and I highly recommend this company if you need work done on your fireplace.

But the repairman is NOT Certified on Lawn mowers as he disconnected the Safety wires to the Left control arm on my Zero Turn mower! Then he tells me NOT to let the mower idle in high (full throttle) because it turns or crawls to the left. After calling Sears and talking to maybe 20+ Sears agents, there is not anyone who will call you back to see what in the world is going on. I was told of (3) three different email address's to send pics, video and my complaint to and still nobody has called me! On 1-19-23 I called the Generator Doctor about my Kohler home generator not cranking. I was told that I probably would be needing a new generator. He showed no interest in actually making a service call. I called another company and their tech came out on the 24th. He found and repaired the issue within 10 minutes, which was a solenoid terminal had come off the starter. After making the simple repair, he said he could not in good conscience charge me a service fee, but only charged for his milage. I will give the Generator Doctor an extra star as he did promptly return my phone call on the 19th, but otherwise, I am not impressed with the Generator Doctor!
