Keegan Kelly - the sweetest being to ever live.

We had to say goodbye to our boy today. When I called to ask if they would help him pass, they said of course and we will be waiting for you. We had hoped to have him go at home on his couch in our arms. But we couldn't wait for an in home visit. Eclipse has a room with a couch, warmly lit, very comfortable, and calming. The Dr., I wish I remember her name but I was too grief struck, was kind, compassionate (as was everyone else), and helped our boy go peacefully, on a couch, in our arms. This was the best experience we could have had for one of the worst days of our lives. Thank you for helping us say goodbye in such a warm atmosphere.

I can't even begin to express my experiences with this hospital, The first time Francie came here was 2 years ago and she was diagnosed with IVDD . Dr Crook couldn't have been any more professional. She was honest with us and didn't suggest any further testing due to a very low chance of surgical success. We were ready to adjust our lives to live with our baby and her loss of the use of her rear legs. However, due to my wife's dedication and her ability to take excellent care of our baby girl she actually recovered and was almost back to 100% mobility fast forward till March of this year our baby starts exhibiting signs of pain in her neck while undergoing treatment with a dermatology specialist I just didn't expect to lose our little girl but on 4/29 she succumbed to a brain aneurysm. This time it was Dr Lee that was there for us and properly helped us make the hardest decision we have ever had to make. The hospital staff was unimaginably caring I'm sorry I didn't get their names. This hospital is the best care you can get no matter what

Our vet recommended us to take our dog Brody to Eclipse this past Thursday night. Brody had been vomiting, having diarrhea, and was not eating or drinking anything. He was so out of it and we truly thought this was goodbye as he is 13. The first doctor for emergency medicine Dr. Vanhorne saw him Thursday night and told us she felt he had pancreatitis and that with some fluids, medications, and rest she thought he would be okay over time. The staff was wonderful in calming us down because I was an absolute mess. They told us we could call whenever (24/7) and were very accommodating to our financial needs too. Never felt they pushed us to do testing or anything. The next morning Dr Pacifico took over his care. She was absolutely wonderful. We did not make her job easier with the stress, anger, and anxiety we brought when we came to visit Brody. She laid everything out for us, let us come visit Brody whenever to help try and get him to eat, she explained all the things that were going on and was very professional even when we were at our lowest point. She told us every family has to set their boundaries for the vets whether that's emotional, financial, or how many days they want their pets there and they would help accommodate that for us. We had to trust her and while it wasn't easy, she was absolutely right. He needed two nights in the ICU and while I don't have any of their names every tech who answered the phone or helped us with our visits were fantastic. They gave us great updates and I can't say enough nice things about this place. They saved Brody. I thought we'd be saying goodbye but now he's back home and doing well. I will recommend eclipse to anyone in the area moving forward. A clean, updated facility with a fantastic and lovely staff! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your work!

Eclipse performed emergency surgery on my dog Max and saved his life! I could not be more impressed with the doctors, vet techs and the facility itself. I would let them do surgery on me! They also took great care of my dog as he recovered. The only downside was the $12,000 bill but they gave a very detailed breakdown which I appreciated and after all it was emergency surgery.

I really appreciate Dr. Mahmud S..'s care in empowering me with care choices. I felt heard and seen by her. I am very impressed with her expertise, empathy and ability to communicate in simple terms. She's a godsent in the coordination of my care. I walked out of my appointment feeling empowered to make the right decision for my care and not simply overwhelmed with a list of medication. I use to avoid my visits there 7/8 years ago. The institute has the care part of it down and now, they need to put in some work on updating the website and allow patient to interface (appointments, quick questions to nurses and doctors) better on the website. The office experience is certainly different from pre-pandemic era or 4 years ago. The nurses are more courteous and attentive. Kudos to the staff and others for turning things around. I feel heard and seen and can now partner better with them for better health.

I literally called a dozen times to leave a message for her and her assistant to call me back for scheduling. Seriously like once per week for a few months before giving up. Though she'd leave voicemails I never spoke to either of them once. That is unacceptable. I of course told my clients doctor to refer him elsewhere. Next the attitude of the receptionists could be better, they aren't the worst but far from the best. Never got a warm welcome and it just seems like all business with questions to them each time I come. Lastly I took another one of my clients here for an appt. with Dr. Geller. The appt. Was 1:15. Dr. Geller didn't come in to the exam room until 2:30. I understand waits, I've gotten used to that with all the providers I have take clients too but that is no good. When he arrived though he was nice and patient with me and my client which I appreciate but I think this is one office that needs to really improve.

It was mere coincidence that Dr. Raab is also part of the CNSO medical team! This connection affirmed that CNSO was indeed the correct practice for me. For cases such as mine, the CNSO surgical team includes surgeons from both spinal disciplines: Orthopedic Spine Surgeon AND a Spinal Neurosurgeon. This combination was super-important to me and actually one of the main reasons that I went with CNSO. I met with Dr. Raab and I immediately liked him. He is very calm, warm, and articulate. He further clarified and explained the issues/situation around the progressive, painful deformity in my spine (Scheuermann's disease) that I had lived with for years. He appreciated my questions and my understanding, which he also further impressed upon me, of the seriousness and the recovery challenges associated spinal surgery. In January, Dr. Harris and Dr. Raab performed a 13-vertebrae (T2-L2) spinal fusion on my spine. The results are absolutely incredible and I couldn't be more pleased (no more pain & no more ugly thoracic hump)!! I highly recommend Dr. Raab for anyone in need of a Neurosurgeon.

She's an EXCELLENT doctor…read more I went out of my way to make this Yelp entry because I geniunely believe that she's in the top 10% of doctors. These are the following traits I noticed about her: 1. EMPATHY She seems to really care (although this is hard for any doctor given the number of patients they see every day). This is very unusual to find these days. Yes, I do believe most doctors care in general, but most are more worried about seeing the maximum number of patients each day to maximize their income. I'm sure she also feels the pressure. I think every doctor does. However, she actually took the time to make that additional call to me. When was the last time that a doctor (not their nurse) called you back? 2. CRITICAL REASONING SKILLS I think most people, even doctors, need to work on their critical reasoning skills. Most people don't realize that research has shown that doctors misdiagnose 11% of the time for routine care. And, for complicated cases, misdiagnosis occurs more than 50% of the time! I think with most doctors, they get into a daily pattern so they don't really think the patient in front of them. They also don't realize how fallible they can be and how imperfect their data is. They get into a groove of blindly accepting the theories without questioning whether it may be true in a specific instance. But, I felt Dr. Blatt stopped and thought more than most. As a result of this, she's more likely to notice an abnormality that other doctors might miss. Of course, she can make mistakes. I think medicine is a very primitive field where doctors are working with a lot of imperfect information, especially in neurology which is so imprecise. But I was impressed how she tried to question everything. This was in stark contrast with the slew of other neurologists I had seen before. Although my interaction with her has been limited so far, she seems to be pretty good. IMPROVEMENTS I do think that she might want to hire someone who really wants to help others. I think her current support staff is decent, but I get the sense that they are just helping because they are forced to, not because they really want to. This desire, however, isn't something you can train. At least, you can't do so over a few months. It's a perspective that you develop over a long time.
