Office staff was great and called me back after a cancellation so I could get an appointment…read moresooner, which I greatly appreciated. I was told there was an $89 trip charge, which was very reasonable given it was a weekend. The technician confirmed my suspicion it was the capacitor and told me the charge would be $550. The capacitor is roughly $30. They charged me roughly $430 IN LABOR FOR A JOB THAT TOOK LESS THAN 15 MINUTES. Plus they did not have the correct part and wired together TWO capacitors. I don't know if this is safe or even recommended for long term use. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!! UPDATE: I received a call from the general manager and we were able to reach a compromise that we were both happy with - and an appointment to get the correct capacitor installed next week!

UPDATE: PLUMBING SERVICES THROUGH PEARCE IS NOT WHAT IT SEEMS. THEY DO NOT HAVE BUT 1 TRAINED PLUMBER. 1 CAMERA WHICH THEY CHARGE TO USE BUT MADE MY SITUATION VERY DIFFICULT BECAUSE THEIR LACK OF CAMERA CAUSE ME FURTHER $2500 DESPITE HAVING PLUMBING COVERAGE THROUGH THEM FOR 3 YEARS. THEY QUOTED ME A PREMIUM CUSTOM DRAIN PIPE QUOTE WITH ONE LINE DESCRIPTION "HERE IS THE WORK NEEDED. QUOTE $5950.00." BECAUSE YOUVE ALTEADY SPENT $2500 THIS IS A PREMIUM 3 YEAR PLUMBING AND 7 YEAR HVAC CUSTOMER. THEY CREATE SENARIOS THAT DONT EXIST AND GIVE VAGUE ANSWERS FOR WARRANTYING THEIR WORK. I WISH I COULD SHOW THE INVOICE/QUOTE THAT WAS GIVEN TO ME. THEY HAVE SNAKED MY PROPERTY NOW SAY AFTER 11 MONTHS.....NOW DESPITE WEVE COME OUT TO FIX THE PROBLEMS.....YOU STILL HAVE PROBLEM. WHYYYYY.....BECAUSE THEY ARENT DOING THEIR DUE DILIGENCE AND CREATING MORE ISSUES AND GIVING ME QUOTES WITH NO VERIFIABLE OR DETAILED BREAKDOWN OF $5950. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. . NO MORE F-- To counter what was said the road block was Sarah. Mgmt did not take the time to talk to me. This quote was drawn up yesterday giving plenty of time to send me a quote with appropriate details when you are stating a job will incur costs of $5950.00. And my grievance is also the fact that on my very 1st sewer line blow out your company did not use camera to find out what was wrong. Why have we been paying $299 plumbing service for 3 years and one currently in place. You said you charge for camera. You charge for diagnostic. You charge for everything but Sarah would not disclose the warranty on this major project costing $5950. Where's the breakdown. Where's the warranty. What have I been getting for $299 a year only to be told these things are not covered under warranty or plumbing contracts. Id like a refund of all plumbing annual fees because they served no purpose but to collect money and tell your customers nothing is covered. PEARCE HEATING PLUMBING AC.....signs Veterans, families, elderly and women who dont understand and take advantage when we ask for further explanation. Why wasnt a camera used September 30 2025. Why did that quote estimate below even had someone hit send without vetting the information? Hmmn? Lack of follow through and feigning care of a family who has paid for major work by your company to the tune of over 15k prior. No one would speak except Sarah and No Mgmt ever contacted me to resolve. YOU all dropped the ball. This is a customer service warning to your future clients especially in business practices and dishonest tactics by your company and technicians. Again. You all should have caught this Sept 2025. But unbeknownst to your clients you did not have a camera to see the problem.....which in turn would have solved every issue going forward. You did not disclose your company....plumbing company.....did not have a camera. And the plumber sent has only been with your co.pany 1 month. Every other month there is a new plumber. Ive had ERIC, IAN, Johnny, Jason, and I think Taylor. For us to have 3 years of plumbing. That's alot of guys all saying the same thing and charging me more and more and more. Nowwwwww...ita $6k more.

You're here because you received an overtop PG&E true-up bill like me. Or, you're smarter than me…read moreand planning. I lived in the San Francisco Bay Area most of my life, where solar panels aren't on most homes, so my knowledge of Solar Panels was nada. When we bought a new home with solar panels in Woodland, we learned the hard way. Last month, I received a PG&E true-up bill for more than $1k! The PG&E rep gave me a quick crash course: clean your panels. Since there's no way I'm getting on the roof of my house, I searched for a solar maintenance business on the NextDoor App - Viola! I found The Orange Solar. They came out the next day to clean my panels, which would give me +30% absorption. You can't tell from ground level that it was covered in dirt and bird droppings. There were all sorts of bird nestings beneath it, which would damage my roof over time. At the same appointment, they discovered my inverter was faulty. They contacted the manufacturer and got them to cover it under my warranty, and Orange Solar replaced it for a reasonable price the next day after receiving the part. They are very thorough, they love to help the locals, they are affordable, and they are overall good people. They are the only certified business in Woodland that does this stuff. I highly recommend The Orange Solar!!!!

Today, I received a bill for a "service call" that was never disclosed, discussed, or authorized when I called for assistance. Because of the unexpected and undisclosed service charge, I will not be using this company for service or replacement work in the future.

I am beyond appreciative and happy with Faustino Valdivia's work…read more Summary: Faustino and his team were extremely respectful, thorough, and efficient throughout the entire project. Quality workmanship for an affordable price. Details: * Faustino took the time to explain how the offset sink I picked out would need to be set up due to the pipe placement before opening and assembling it so I could have a chance to exchange the vanity/sink combo if I didn't like the set up. * He took the time to explain how the vent fan/Color led light/speaker combo I picked out is battery powered and explained the wires were set up for a wired fan. He helped us in deciding to cap off the wires in case we need to switch out the vent for a wired one in the future. * He explained to me the options for the lighting above the vanity to let me choose where it was centered. Then, after he had everything ready done for the light, I realized I made a mistake and didn't like how it looked with what I chose, yet he was extremely patient and kind about moving the wires, patching the drywall where I thought I wanted the light, and moving the hole over several inches. * He laid down drop cloths to protect my flooring during the projects. He thoroughly explained to me how the vanity would fit into the space to make sure I was happy with what I chose and how it would come together. * They did center cuts on the tile floor to make sure water drained correctly. * They ensured the grout lines inside the niche shelf matched the lines around it. Very aesthetically pleasing. * They even replaced my door hinges to match the accessories I chose. * They were extremely patient as they held up the toilet paper holder, towel hooks, and towel bar around the bathroom so I could see how it would look and they shared their professional opinion on why they would or wouldn't put things in certain areas. * They were patient with my children asking questions about the project. * They were patient with my dog who was excited to see them every time they walked in. * They were even considerate about where they parked to make sure they weren't inconveniencing us or my neighbors. All in all, they were extremely patient and kind in explaining to me how my decisions would affect how the project came together. If you are looking to renovate your home, I strongly recommend Valdivia Building Co. I definitely will be using them for our next renovation project.
