My polite repeated calls to Dr. Jeffries -to get his medical assistance -answered by compassionate women--Dr. Jeffries stonewalled me. He never called me back. Plus the portion of the patient portal where you can write Dr. Jefffries is shut down. If you think you might have a problem or follow up question--I would look for another doctor.

Been a patient for almost 2 years and they have never ordered blood work for me (which is necessary…read morebefore I take my infusion). I've gotten 3 infusions since being a patient of his. My last virtual appointment was February of this year and no follow up appointment was made. I recently scheduled an appointment and they made the appointment with Dr. Jeffries's PAs (Dr. Jeffries isn't available until April) and the one was focused on nothing but my most recent MRI from 7 months ago which they should have already reviewed and made sure they received. You'll only meet with Dr. Jeffries once a year maybe but the rest of your appointments will be with his PAs. It is also very odd that the earliest availability for existing patients to see Dr. Jeffries is 5 months out (I scheduled in November). I am use to receiving care from the Neurologist themselves and they are usually tracking my blood work and MRIs very closely. With that, I've found a new Neurologist who I feel will provide said device and care.

Dr. Tsao treated me after I was admitted to GBMC. I had fallen on my way downstairs in my home. He…read morethoroughly examined me when he first saw me and when he last saw me in the hospital, administered a nerve-conduction study, and ordered two MRIs in an effort to determine what caused my fall, which I attributed to a buckling leg. When these tests did not reveal the cause(s) of my problem, he ordered specialized blood tests. While his thoroughness impressed me positively, what I valued the most was his concern and his kindness. I will see him in his office for follow up. I consider myself fortunate to have had him as my neurologist while I was hospitalized and after I left the hospital.

Referred to Dr. Tsao for some issues related to other issues which are related to even more issues, I was nervous about my meet and greet. I was surprised to find an immediate feeling of ease and trust in his presence. He's playful, yet respectful. Funny, yet thorough. I couldn't believe it when he had actually read my chart (s) (s) (s).........so many charts. He was prepared for my meeting with him, listened to my "let me start from the beginning," and was patient as he performed several not so pleasant tests which I passed and failed throughout the appointment. I had expected to have a more invasive procedure scheduled at a later date, yet he felt (upon my failures) I should just get them done right then, right there. Undergoing a procedure I will refer to as the Shawshank Special (do you know you tinkle your pants when you're being tased?), he kept me calm and distracted with humorous anecdotes from his med school days (which were probably last year because I swear he looks 15 at most). If you're looking for a neurologist that will actually read your history, listen to you for a long time, spend a quality amount of time with you, create a safe space for you to unload your frustrations with your ailments, then Dr. Tsao is for you!
