This is a family run place, I must say that when I think of pintxo I think of Pancho so it's always…read morein my pintxo route while in Burgos. Located right in downtown near the plaza mayor you can find Panchi. The place is always packed but service is really amazing and I mean fast and always with a smile, you have Pintxos or rations, I always go for the filled mushrooms ration and the Pintxos I recommend are: cojonuda (quail egg with a strip of pepper and a slice of morcilla) Tigre (veggy and mussel meat ). There are plenty of wines to choose from and prices are good, it is not the cheapest but it's food is worth it. You can also have lunch or dinner but better make a reservation because rarely they will have a place.
