I didn't have high hopes for a salon in the mall, but I have been blown away by the skills and talents of Tiffany and Eccotique. I have wavy blonde hair that needs a cut and high lighting 2-3x/year. Tiffany's colour is so natural looking that I was able to grow it out almost 6 months before getting a touch up. Her blow outs are fabulous so i don't always know how the cut will look once I get home and style it curly again. Every time has been a pleasant surprise to find the cut looks as good curly as straight which is hard to do. I used to get Deva cuts and my hair looks better than it ever looked. Tiffany is very experienced so you'll pay a bit more for her (it was around $250 after tip for highlights including wash and dry) but it's so worth it. read more

I got a manicure done from here 2 weeks ago. my nail shape wasn't that great and the lady who did my nails didnt seem that experienced either. she was slow with her job and took forever to do a basic manicure. read more

The staff here are really nice. The location and parking is a bonus as well. Hair salon, mani and pedicures and laser hair removal, waxing and eyelash extensions. Everything a woman or man or even genderless would want. Why not? You want to look your best. You want to be a bit vain about how you think you should look. Don't you? I stumbled upon this place by chance when I was looking for laser hair removal and now, I guess, I'm hooked. I've been coming back as a regular for some of the services they offer. Why not? If you've been told you have bushy or hairy eyebrows that looked like they belonged to the Hulk from Marvel Comic books? Well, then maybe you want to get them trimmed. It will look neater, more polished and just imagine having that weight of those bushy brows all gone!! Yeah, yay, I am a fan. Why not? I've rediscovered a youth that took me 50 years to rediscover. Best of all? I don't have to go downtown and fight for parking and I don't need an interpreter to get what I want. It's all in English babe! What? In Richmond? You betcha! Typos Free of Charge. Why? because I Yelp on an Iphone with all thumbs. read more

Eccotique Spa & Salons - Love the red in the waiting room and the painting! - Hair Salons Near Me - Richmond, British Columbia

I have visited the Richmond location many times and this time as well i booked my appointment for waxing on 15th November 2020. The person doing was sweet by nature but she ripped my skin of while doing i thought it was a small one but once i got home my face was swelled like a balloon and blisters started appearing. read more

Eccotique Spa & Salons - Skin ripped of my face, swelling and blisters - Hair Salons Near Me - Richmond, British Columbia

Romania did an exceptional job on my gel peep toe pedicure! This service includes a scrub, mask and massage of the foot. 10/10 recommend!

I am absolutely impressed! Went today for a waxing with Behnia and she was absolutely fabulous!! Waxing is NEVER an exciting thing and she made me so comfortable from beginning to end. Super nice, professional and she did an excellent job. I will definitely be back to see her for this and potentially for some of the other services they offer :) Oh yeah, be sure to check in and take advantage of the check in coupon! read more

I love Eccotique! This is my go to place for a nice pampering. I've had numerous manicures and pedicures done here as well as massages and facials. I find that compared to other places, especially cheaper nail places, they take their time to clean your nails and apply polish on them. When I come here, I make it a point to allow for extra time so that I don't feel rushed. They also have a nice seating area when i like to go to after my treatment to just relax and have a cup of tea (complimentary). They also have showers available in case you need one. The staff are very professional and friendly. I even had them do my make up for my wedding and I was very happy with how it turned out! Although it's in the mall, their treatment rooms are tucked away in the back so that it is nice and quiet and away from all the hustle and bustle of the mall. A very relaxing place that tops my list for spa treatments! read more

I'm very impressed with the Eccotique Spa & Salon at Richmond Centre. The staff are always so friendly and helpful, and Jessica, who does my lash extensions, is amazing!! I'm always in awe regarding how detailed and patient she is. Also, the artistry that's involved is really incredible. She says she loves what she does, and it shows. Very happy customer! :-D read more

I love love love love this spa! Came here for an eyebrow wax and a facial, and now I'm addicted!!! It's so good, now I have to come every week. My go-to aesthetician is Jessica, and she is absolutely wonderful. She is very attentive, super friendly, remembers my skin concerns, and just super professional! My skin is literally glowing right now, and my pores are drastically reduced. I have some pigmentation concerns, and poof, three weeks of facial and I can see clear improvement! Not to mention, unlike a lot of spas and salons, the staff there are not super pushy to sell products. The staff also provide nice tea and fruity water when you arrive. The treatment rooms are so beautiful and comfy. I absolutely LOVE this place, and can't wait to come back next week! read more

Was visiting my family for a holiday and stopped in here for a manicure with gel polish by Jessica and she was phenomenal! Nails were perfectly polished and lasted for weeks without chipping. Received many compliments. The spa is professional and relaxing - highly recommend to anyone in need of some pampering. read more

I can't say enough about Behnia!! She microbladed my eyebrows and they are perfect. She's such a talented professional! The spa itself is clean. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The vibe in there is exactly what you'd hope for. read more

I got a 50$ gift card here so i decided to get my brows shaped. WORST experience ever! First of all, the girl that was doing it didn't even SHAPE my brows! Even tho i had a gift card, the price for this place is not cheap.. I just spent the rest of the gift card on joico's shampoo/conditioner and that was the only good investment towards this company.. There are far more better places than this in vancouver. read more

Got a pedicure last summer. Far more pricey than most. Girl doing the pedicure seemed inexperienced to the point where she barely wrapped the warm towel around my feet (part of the pedicure) and they kept falling off and she didn't fix it or seem to care. Another girl was doing the exact same pedicure beside me and it looked great. It probably depends who you get but the girl I had apparently had 8 years experience. I was very unsatisfied and I even wrote a letter to the company but never got a response. I wouldn't pay that much for something I can get for half the price elsewhere. read more

I've been seeing Jessica for many months now to re-shape my brows. She's professional, patient, kind & truly cares about both your needs & wants alike. I'm always amazed with how she can alter my brows in the best shape possible. We're slowly working toward brow goals & she's the best person for it! Highly recommend her expertise. Thank you Jess! read more

Booked for an facial and waxing service with Stephanie. Turned out to be a total disappointment! I have had the same facial done at various Aveda Eccotique Spa and have always received very professional service and massage. Unfortunately, the service today was not 60 min as it said on the menu and the experience was below the standard. I stayed in the room for no more than 50 minutes for both my facial and waxing service. The waxing was painful and I can still see several hair left on my upper lip. This used to be my favourite spa place but unfortunately I am afraid that I will not return and will never recommend a friend. I paid FULL price for DISCOUNTED service. Avoid this place at all cost. read more

I've been here twice for pedicures, and once for a facial. I definitely recommend! Even though it's located inside the mall, the back rooms are extremely quiet, there is absolutely no mall noise that slips through those walls. Both of my pedicures were done extremely well, and the estheticians were super friendly (not overly talkative or gossipy, which is a bonus for me) and knew what they were doing. I was very happy with both times and plan on returning in the future. My facial was also well done, the esthetician used only Aveda products to exfoliate and treat my dehydrated skin. I felt like my face was recharged afterwards. Booking is easy, and there is usually a lot of availability for bookings. The receptionist is friendly, and they always end with a complimentary makeup touchup or Aveda hand massage. Highly recommend! read more

It's the perfect place to get spa services done! It's a beautifully done room in the back and a very peaceful and relaxing vibe. Jessica does amazing lashes and is always making sure you're comfortable and catered to. I've also had my hair done by nicole - she has attention to detail and is so fun to be around! Definitely recommend :) read more

I didn't realize I hadn't written a review for this place so this is long overdue. Two of us went for Peeptoe Pedis here last summer and we LOVED them. We both admired our beautiful feet for weeks afterward, in fact I got 3 weeks worth of self-admiration - I couldn't keep my eyes off my feet, they were just so good-looking! I then had another one and it was just as good, but by then it was shoe season and I didn't get as much opportunity to admire my feet. That's a total of 3 different technicians here who did great jobs. I'm going back for another soon and don't want to be disappointed. If I am, I'm giving up on salon pedis and going to do them myself. read more

Amazing day today at Eccotique! It was my second visit to have my hair cut. Today was special, though: I was cutting my hair to donate because my little cousin has cancer. The amazing manager gifted me the haircut to support the donation to Wigs for Kids BC. THANK YOU! Nicole, my stylist, made what little hair I had left look and feel beautiful. Thank you, Eccotique Richmond! read more

Yes, this salon truly is as good as it gets. Martina has been doing my hair for years. No one can do highlights better then this girl. The compliments I get everyday make it all worth it. I work in the beauty industry as well, so having a perfect image is very important and her eye for detail is a "CUT" above the rest. I will never go anywhere else. I know she is very sought after so I know how lucky I am. Also if you want the perfect recommendation for beautiful hair products like the amazing Kevin Murphy line,Bumble, Aveda or Kérastase this is where to get it!! You will only find the best here. This salon also does laser hair removal treatments!! Amazing! read more

My go-to salon for haircuts! Had a really great awesome with Tiffany today. Very friendly and welcoming and had a great time chatting with her as she snipped away my unruly long hair to give me a pretty long bob. Overall, an excellent experience from beginning to end! read more

Very clean and sanitary. Staff are welcoming and experienced. Service was quick professional and comfortable.

My first trim was great. My second trim was great. We had a good rapport going and I started trusting him. I came in for my third trim and he COMPLETELY BUTCHERED MY HAIR! When I walked in, my hair was to the middle of my back and full. All I wanted was a half inch trim all around (my usual). I walked out with a 2 inch trim and the bangs over thinned. On the left half of my head, the hair was shorter at the back and longer towards the chin. On the right of my head, the hair was longer at the back and shorter towards the chin. When you look at my face straight on, the right side was 2-3 inches shorter than the left side. ABSOLUTE DISASTER! I went back exactly one week later to speak to the stylist, he denied that he cut it that way and said that my hair might have fallen out by itself which is why it's shorter in some places and longer in others. The evidence is right there in plain sight on my head yet he denied any wrong doing. The management wouldn't even refund my money right away. I told the stylist my story. Then he disappeared in the back. I had to retell my story to an acting store manager. Then she disappeared in the back. I had to retell a third time to another acting store manager who offered me a "gift card" to put towards future services. WHAT FUTURE SERVICES!! It's going to take 8-12 months for my hair to return to normal! After another round of back and forth, she then offered me a full refund on my credit card. I had to go to a hair shop on Kingsway in Burnaby and purchase hair inserts (hair clips) to cover up the hack job until my hair grows back. read more

I've been to Eccotique in Richmond many times now. The esthetician I see is Jess. I always go to her to do my brows and would never trust anyone else! If you want amazing brows see her, she's the best. 5 stars! read more

I went here today with a gift card from work. I got a half hour massage that they failed to tell me would be done by an esthetician rather then a registered massage therapist. The massage was not bad for someone who isn't formally trained. My 30 minute massage ended up being about 20 minutes long as I was in the 'spa' a total of 30 minutes from the time I arrived to the time I walked out. Not to mention that she got tons of oil in my freshly washed hair that I put up specifically so that wouldn't happen. I asked the receptionist as I was leaving how much a massage would normally cost there, $55!!! I will never be going there again and have written an email to my work who regularly sends us to this spa as a reward that they should probably choose another one. read more

I always have a good experience at Eccotique spa. Highly recommended! Warm staff, clean treatment rooms, and my skin glows after a facial.

I like this place - it's very clean, the staff are professional, and the atmosphere is relaxing. They have a wide variety of services and products. I only get my eyebrows done here but I can vouch for their manicures and pedicures too (my mother gets them done). I have been VERY happy with my eyebrows every time I've gone in and the best part is I don't have to come back in for another two or three months. Eccotique does charge a little bit more than other salons in the area - a standard eyebrow wax/shape is $16 - but I don't mind paying a bit more for such a great job. read more

TERRIBLE. I went here to get my upper lip and eyebrows done before my wedding - and the "professional" RIPPED MY SKIN. She covered it up with makeup before letting me see myself in the mirror. When I got home, I took the coverup off because it stung so bad and found THREE STRIPS OF MY UPPER LIP MISSING. I burst into tears... the day before I left for my destination wedding, she RUINED MY FACE. DO NOT GO HERE. My worst nightmare come true. And to think that she didn't even tell me what happened, she just covered it up with makeup. read more
