From the moment Ignacio arrived, I felt completely at ease. He was professional, kind, and took the time to explain everything in a clear and thoughtful way. The chandelier installation was done with such care and precision. It's a large fixture, and I was initially a bit nervous about the process, but Ignacio handled it beautifully. He made sure it was perfectly centered and at the right height, and even took the time to clean up every bit of dust before leaving. It looks absolutely gorgeous. The EV charger installation was just as smooth. Ignacio walked me through the setup, showed me how everything worked, and made sure I felt confident using it before he left. The charger works perfectly, and the whole process ended up being much easier than I expected. As a woman, feeling safe and respected when hiring contractors is very important to me, and Ignacio truly exceeded my expectations. This was good and bad since I was at work and had little free time to follow-up or assess who I should go with. One contractor with some antagonistic back and forth communications with customers on Yelp "may" have gotten cranky when I did not respond quickly enough and pulled a "Donald" and fired me before I could respond. No loss there. That got me a little more cautious in reviewing other quotes and communications. Jose presented very professionally with excellent verbal and written communications skills. His Yelp reviews were great as well. His quote appeared fair so as a result, I went with this and my gut and chose him. He arrived on time and ran some tests on my failing light sconce. After disassembling (not an easy task given the intricate are deco design) it he was able to further test it, and it appeared to be salvageable which was great news. There is an identical sconce nearby so I could not replace it with anything except an identical match. While he was here, I had him look at a dimmer switch for our dining space which had been flickering on occasion for many years. An engineer buddy said that the prior owner had likely installed the wrong dimmer. Jose went to the nearest Home Depot and returned with a modern style dimmer to replace that, and I have not seen the annoying flickering return. Jose is personable, efficient and proficient. He provided white glove service via wearing booties (without having to request it) and brought his own hand vacuum for taking care of the leftover shrapnel. I am definitely keeping his information handy for our future electrical needs.

I began dialing them up and Premier was the only one that picked up the phone and was able to come out right away. Alvaro arrived and I showed him the dead outlets in the kitchen and the location of the panel. Alvaro inspected the panel and we determined that the old panel was not safe and needed to be replaced. Alvaro temporarily relocated the circuit and was able to get my parents kitchen back up until the panel could be replaced. Premier provided an estimate on the spot which included all facets of the job, which included a new panel, all the inspections as well as the stucco repair. Premier has done an excellent job communicating, coordinating, ensuring that the documents were completed, explaining the steps to be done and providing status of the project. Alvaro and the team completed the work quickly requiring the power to be shut off for a minimal amount of time. They put in the new panel, checked everything and cleaned up after completing the work. Before Reuben came, I contacted several electricians. Some gave me extremely high quotes, while others only offered an hourly rate without any maximum limit. I couldn't accept letting someone work indefinitely and charge me hour by hour without knowing the total cost. When I finally got in touch with Reuben , he also quoted me an hourly rate. I was honestly worried he might do the same thing--keep charging me endlessly by the hour. However, he explained that their services usually take about two to three hours.
