After they sold him the car they went GHOST on all of their promises & my husband's phone calls. They promised him a 2nd key fab, full detail on the car he purchased as well as a 2nd vehicle we own and they promised to have our rims chrome coated all free of charge. To this day... no 2nd key fab, the "detail" was a joke and waste of our time.. we picked the car up it was still dirty as if they just let the car sat there for hours, my husband asked about the rim job the salesman promised and they played dumb like it was never said. Nor did they detail the second vehicle (which would have been joke as well I'm sure) . Also, we traded in a vehicle for the newer one.. mind you, this was weeks ago.. we got a email from our finance company our car we traded in STILL has not been paid off yet.. even though they have received their check and paid in full. Now we face a late charge on our credit. My husband has been calling repeatedly, the salesman is screening his calls telling them to say he is with a customer. When my husband said he was going to come there with the police, he called back in 5 minutes! BAD EXPERIENCE with these people all the way around! RUN don't walk and do business somewhere else. This dealership is bullshit. I rarely write a review but I have to. We bought a vehicle and the guy Mirza promised to cleanup the interior, buffing up the headlight and the exterior. He told us to google Motorwerks for this task, I called in and they said they don't work with Ebuy. What the hell? I've been trying to ask for location but Miraz never told me the address. I tried to call them many times to talk to the manager but they always transfer the call to Miraz. This is such a shady dealer. I'm so regret that I purchased the car from here and they don't accept return except the engine breaks down. They said I can trade in the car, it's only 5 days. I can't believe I fell for this and didn't check the reviews before purchasing. Lesson learnt but the price is too much :(( read more

The government should shut this place down!!! The dealership practices theft by deception. I bought a vehicle here in May of 2019 and was told by the finance manager and salesman Mirza that all items we discussed were in need of repair on the vehicle would be repaired prior to me taking possession of the vehicle. I left the car at the dealership for repairs. The salesman Mirza,told me the car would be ready in three days and I explained to him that I needed the vehicle returned to me no later than five days from that date to use for my vacation trip. I called Mirza on the third day to inquire about the status of the vehicle and he explained that the car would be ready in two more days. I called Mirza after two more days and was told the car was repaired and I could pick it up and the dealership closed at 7:00 pm on this day instead of the normal closing time of 8:00pm. I explained that I would be there about 6:30 pm on this day to pick up the vehicle and Mirza agreed to the time. Mirza called me at 5:40 pm on this day and said he made a mistake with the time and the dealership would be closing at 6pm and I would have to get there by that time or I would not be able to pick up my car. When I arrived the dealership was locked up and the car was outside in front of the dealership with the engine running and the keys in the ignition. Mirza told me he was in a hurry because he had an appointment and the car was repaired except one item that he ordered and he would call me when the part comes in so I can bring the vehicle back in for repair. When driving home from the dealership that night I pulled off the road to get gas and check the vehicle. I discovered that nothing was fixed but one thing. All of the other items on the listed were not fixed. I called Mirza the next business day and he told me he would take care of the items that weren't repaired when the ordered part comes in. I'm only giving this dealership one star because it won't let me give zero stars. As glamorous as this dealership tries to make it self, they sell some horrible vehicles. We traveled hundreds of miles to go up and purchase a Range Rover. They hear a lot of things with the vehicle that we of course, would not find out until we drove the vehicle home later that day. They put our safety at risk by telling us that they filled up the gas tank complementary for us but they knew the whole time that the gas gauge was broken and it stayed on full all The time. After driving about two hours, we noticed that the gas gauge was not moving and I know that range rovers gas mileage is not that great. So we proceeded to drive about another hour and realized it was stuck there. We also found out later that they lied about the mileage on the vehicle. They put one thing on the odometer reading but later on, we found a sticker in the car that said the car had been serviced in November 2017 in Illinois, and it had 111,000 miles on it so the mileage was tampered with. They are so called mechanic was riding in the car with us when we took the test drive and had his own phone hooked up to the radio so we could hear the music while we were driving, he admitted that he installed the radio, which is an aftermarket radio, himself and he had been driving the car for the past months and repaired everything. Needless to say when we got home to Nashville and took the truck Torea range rover dealership, we realize that he had gone in and put the original fiber wires, the back up camera wire, and the antenna wire, to install these cheap $30 radio in a range rover.. He also told me that he had just replace the brakes but when we got home to Nashville and took it in for service immediately, they told us that the brakes were almost nonexistent and the rotors were all the way down, and the car was not safe to drive in the sensors on the brakes were also disabled. Now, the guy that claims he was the mechanic that was riding with us during the test drive is the one that told us he had done all the work so he has already admitted that he's the one that caused all these things but again, it's nothing that we would've never known. We bought the car on June 5 and came home to Nashville and took the car into range rover on June 7. They had the car for almost 2 weeks to the tune of almost $5000. Now, the navigation screen does not work because he cut all of the wires in the vehicle and tried to hide them behind the navigation screen. I know some people will say why did you not check but come on. Would you walk into a dealership and ask them to completely take the radio apart to see if it works properly? As I was reading all the reviews on their Facebook page, I realize how shotty this place was and they do bad business. Thankfully, we have the money to pay to get the vehicle fixed. We walked in there and paid cash for our vehicle when we bought it but it's the principle. They are also people on the Facebook page that bought vehicles from them that they got financed and are having to pay on that vehicle and it is practically a lemon. I have tried many times to call and get them to call me back and they won't answer the phone, let it go to voicemail, or someone else will answer the phone and no one will return my calls. When we bought the car we signed a paper about having a mediation done if there was something wrong and we can't even get that done because they refused to return our phone calls so we have posted to the Better Business Bureau and filed a complaint with them, the Chicago attorney generals office and we also post on their Facebook page which they continue to delete. Please be very aware of these people. This is not some client or customer who feels like their money was stolen. I even told them that had they just disclosed everything that was wrong with this vehicle, we just would've bought a different one from them and they still would've gotten the money. So far we have put an additional $5000 into the vehicle and that's $5000 that they could've had had they sold us a better vehicle. I was detained by CPD on Nov 14th because my plates did not match the vehicle. Even thought I pay for a plate transfer. After I was released from the police station. I drove to the DMV and showed the attendant all the documentation I had to try and get a new set of plates. Per the DMV attendant the bill of sale I showed him indicated that I had payed for a license plate transfer. The DMV attendant told me to have the dealer fax over ST-556 tax for with confirmation number. I called the dealer at 3:57 p.m. and requested the documentation they said they will call me back. The dealership called me back at 4:06 p.m. and informed me that they will FedEx new plates to me and they will be arriving on Friday 11.15.2019. I called the dealer on 11.15.2019 to get a tracking number and they had me call several of times back because they couldn't find the tracking number. I received a tracking number 777001150714 and when I tracked it said my packed would be here on Monday 11.18.2019 and the package was still at the dealership. I called back several times and I finally got a in touch with someone and they told me they would send the package on Saturday and call me back with a tracking number. They never called me back on Friday. Plates never arrived on Saturday I called the dealer ship all they and they gave me the run around. I finally called FedEx and they informed me a package was ever sent to me and I had nothing coming over on Monday. I called Monday 11.18.2019 several times and no answer or someone will tell me they will call me back. I finally received a call from the manager Mike at 6:33 p.m. asking me for my birthday and letting me know I will get my plates on Wednesday 11.20.2019. I told him that was unacceptable that I have been waiting for my plates for almost a week and that I was promised my plates would be arriving last week. I informed him that I have missed work and I have court. He asked me to email him my tickets, so he could see what they could do meaning pay for my attorney. He even offers to pay for Uber, so I can go to work, however that's impossible since I travel for work. I told my I needed my plates ASAP I was told that I will receive them on Tuesday 11.19.2019 and that he would call me back with a tracking number. Never received a call from him, I called back on 11.19.2019 and no response no tracking number nothing. I spoke to the sales assisting manager extremely rude and told me manager was not in that someone will call me back and didn't know what I was talking about (which it was a lie because I spoke to him several of times). No one ever called me back. On 11.27.2019 I decided to go to the DMV again and give them the documentation I had. Also call the bank if they needed any other type of documentation. I filled out the RUT-25 Vehicle Use Tax Transaction Return I when to pay and the attendant informed me that nothing was changed under my name and that the vehicle was registered at a dealer in Mattson and no indication the vehicle was ever transferred to my name. The DMV attendee was very upset she then decided to call them. When she explained who she was and asked to speak to the manager they put her on hold. Then Mike the general manager got on my line. The DMV attendee informed him that nothing was in the system and that I had several of tickets and that she needed the ST-556 confirmation over ASAP. Mike the general manager informed her that he had the system to print the plates and I could pick them up today. The DMV attendant told him that I will pick up the plates today and if they didn't have all the documents for me and plates ready for me it will be an issue. I was told to open an investigation with Secretary of state police and I received a letter letting me know that they have an open investigation. read more

Be 100% sure you are purchasing before you leave a deposit. They claim to have a refundable deposit but it is not. I was forced to back out of a transaction with them due to an unplanned financial emergency. I was bummed because I really wanted the car, but I could no longer afford it. I have been trying to get my $ back from them for almost 8 months and they dodge my calls and won't make good on their promise. They claim that since they took the car off the market (for 12 days) I need to compensate them for it? Doesn't sound like a refundable deposit policy to me. I live over 2,000 miles away or I would visit them in person. I tried to contact the owner and he will not talk to me. I am a bit shocked that this dishonesty still exists. Caveat Emptor! read more

This place is totally a scam. Period. Bought a car September 18, 2019 and I live in Wisconsin. They told me they have to send me the title. By Illinois law, a dealership has 20 days to send the title. I called for months. They gave me the run around saying they will over night it, fed ex it, it was on the way.......It is now July 25, 202 and my 2010 Dodge Challenger sits cause I cannot get it registered because I have never received the title. Mirza is a hyped up salesman who promised lifetime detailing and oil changes (I never bothered to see if that was true cause I don't drive the damn thing.) The wiring is all messed up in the car, I had to purchase 2 new tires as they were bad and because of the wiring issues, it blew the alternator and the battery. I was naive in this transaction and should have researched Illinois vs Wisconsin laws on how the titling works. I made calls to the bbb, Secretary of the state of Illinois and the DMV in Illinois. No luck. This past week I finally got some answers as they told me that I will have to talk to the Secretary of the State of Illinois State Police as it has been awhile and they will have to investigate. I am not sure how Illinois runs, but their laws are VERY lenient on dealerships, car auctions, ect. I know I'm Wisconsin, the Department of Motor Vehicles handles ALL things car related. They are VERY strict here and on top of things. I am very disappointed that I received no assistance until almost a year later.
