After mailing the documents, I call back to ensure they've received after tracking verified they had arrived. They say they can't find them. The next representative I spoke to who couldn't find them said I could just upload the documents. After uploading, they just send me a generic, ambiguous message saying they are working on it. Unacceptable if you have a choice, avoid this company at all costs.

First I have to say we have been customers of this bank since it was TCU, and for many years. I…read morehave generally been happy with their telephone customer service, especially since we moved 60 miles from their nearest branch. Today my husband mentioned he had not yet seen our mortgage debit to Forum CU for May. He watches the accounts daily, I pay the bills. This payment is set up with Everwise as a recurring monthly payment, to be initiated on the 6th of each month. When I checked online, I found that our payment order had gone correctly in April, but on May 14 was showing to be paid on May 15 with zeros in the amount field. Which obviously would not have triggered a payment even on the 15th. When I called and asked for activity detail against the payment order, I was told by the Everwise employee that she could not see activity other than posting for such payments, as they are made by an outside agency. When I asked how it could have been changed without me doing it, she again said they have no control over that function. So was I hacked? Was I hacked through the Everwise online app, which we use daily? I was not offered the name of the third party or a way to contact them. After many years of excellent service with this bank, I am really unhappy. I am now questioning the security of the Everwise online app, and am setting up a direct debit from my mortgage bank so this doesn't happen again. Unbelievable.
