As a Realtor, I work with many different lenders, and when it was time to choose a loan officer for…read moremy personal home purchase, I did not hesitate to ask Misi Johnson of Access National Mortgage to help with my mortgage. Misi is absolutely top-notch when it comes to financing a home. She is experienced and knowledgeable. She takes time to get to know her clients and understand their needs. Even more importantly, she takes time to explain the lending process and help her clients find their best loan options. She is extremely responsive and efficient, and her updates throughout the loan process are fantastic. Working with Misi, whether as a client and in my role as a Realtor, is always a pleasure. When one of my clients works with Misi, I am absolutely confident they are in great hands, and that we'll reach the closing table smoothly and on-time! Highly recommend!

We recently refinanced with Parker Mortgage Group, and were referred to them by friends who had…read morejust completed their mortgage with them. We were really surprised with the warm, professional staff and their down-to-earth, simple approach to explaining our options and cutting through all of the "mortgage speak" that most lenders use. There are so many options for funding, and the names the government assigns to those options are just as confusing as their requirements! PMG cuts through that talk and explains what your options are in the most simple, easy-to-understand terms possible. Their office is incredibly fun, bright and inviting and their staff is on top of their process, every step of the way. We were pre-approved during our first visit, and the process was never delayed or postponed. In fact, their six-step mortgage process video series kept us on top of deadlines, expectations and requirements needed to eventually close our loan. If you're looking for a highly capable, professional and passionate team--look no further than Parker Mortgage Group. They are focused on the needs of their customers and literally work around the clock to keep their schedules on track. When we closed, the Notary commented on how many closings she's done for Parker Mortgage Group and said that they are the most organized and easy-to-work-with team she works with. In a business that seems to always be pointing fingers and blaming others it was nice to hear that we'd been in good hands the entire time. We couldn't be more thrilled to have worked with Parker Mortgage Group, and will definitely work with them again the next time we refinance or purchase another home.

On Thursday, June 30th I left a voicemail asking for a return call. Friday, July 1st I sent a text as asking for a follow up. Tuesday, July 5th, I called the branch asked to speak to a manager and was transferred to Tawny (last named sounded the same as Mike's, but not certain) and had to leave a voicemail asking for a return call. It's now, July 6th and I've not heard anything. I called another mortgage company, he took my info and called me back in 10 minutes to let me know I was approved. I've got excellent credit, job and income, I'm not difficult to approve. The lack of communication from this company is unbelievable! I'd recommend going ANYWHERE else but Parker Mortgage. It's now July 20th and other than a call from someone asking about my employment NO ONE has reached out. They ran my credit, it shows on my report, but ZERO communication. I found a home to buy, my offer was accepted and my financing is squared away... no thanks to Parker Mortgage. Stay far, far away!!

I can say, very plainly, that Morgan Lathery is one of the best agents that I've ever worked with. I actually made a few mistakes on the loan that we were working on together, but she held things together for her client and fought very hard to make sure that the home closed. She went the extra mile for her client, and I am excited to recommend her to others in the future.

While other homes on my street had been on the market for six months or longer, I received multiple offers within hours of listing, and my house sold for higher than asking price. Deb's experience navigating a challenging, post-COVID market with record high interest rates was invaluable and yielded tens-of-thousands of dollars in returns. Along with her experience, Deb came with a list of top-notch contractors and service providers with whom she had built solid, first-name-basis relationships. Every company on her list clearly respected Deb and they all went the extra mile to live up to her reputation and expectations for quality of service. This helped get work done quickly so we could list sooner. Deb has her pulse on the market and she knows what today's buyer's want. All her recommendations were focused on maximizing return on investment. At closing, the buyers shared why they loved the house, and every reason on their list was something Deb recommended. Deb's skills at negotiating and selecting offers were better than I could have hoped, and made all the difference. This is not the housing market of 20 years ago, and you need someone like Deb to negotiate and advise on today's offers which can be complex. Least and perhaps most of all, Deb is a joy to work with. Take her advice and do what she recommends, and you won't be disappointed!
