Durant H&C has always addressed my H&C issues promptly...however today "they hit it out of the park". Upon arrival at our northern MI home we immediately determined that there was an issue with our boiler. I called their shop and Rose immediately dispatched two technicians to my home, who "thought" they had already completed their day...they were actually checked out. They arrived at my home less than 15 min after I made my call. The techs were friendly, professional and efficient. They diagnosed the problem and determined the parts required to fix the problem. While one tech dismantled the unit, the other tech went back to the shop to get the replacement parts. The new parts were installed and the unit was up and working and the techs did their post installation checks and verifications and the fix was completed less than 1.5 hrs from the time I placed the call for help. UNBELIEVABLE...this would NEVER have been possible at primary residence in Bloomfield Hills! Thanks so much to all involved at Durant H&C for their prompt and efficient action!

Renter went on a swearing tirade, and physically assaulted, then spit in tech's face. 911 was called. Renter was arrested for assault, and battery, and had to pay $550 .00 for court costs, and restitution for damaging tech's equipment. Renter was evicted, and moved back to Chicago where her personality fit in a little better. Land lord stated that the renter had physically assaulted her boyfriend on many previous occasions.

Our regular plumber, as well as several other plumbing contractors, were either not responsive to my inquiry for assistance or they were booked and unable to provide replacement service quickly. Shelton Heating and Cooling responded promptly to my call for help and the heater was replaced the day after scheduling the service. Chris and Hunter (I hope I remembered their names correctly) arrived and quickly removed the old and installed the new. Greatly appreciate the quality service as well as the promptness in scheduling. So i bought an older house in Cadillac 4 years ago. I knew the pipes were going to need repairs…read moredown the road. This last winter i had a water line break that goes outside to a spicket and just last week i had a hot water heater line break at the copper tubing that goes into the hot water heater itself. I called and talked to the owner and he came out the very next day to replace all the water lines and replace the hot water heater. He gave me the quote the next day and i said yep go ahead and do your thing. I think it was like 2 days later he sent two guys Charlie and Kyle and all i can say is wow. They did such a great job. These two did such great work i can't prays them enough. I felt bad for them because being an older house built in 1900 you don't know what your going to run into as you do a repair. So they got the new gas how water heater installed and all the lines. They went to hook up the exhaust for the how water heater and it was so old and rusted it just fell apart. So they were going to replace that also and when they got to were it goes in the wall and up through the ceiling it was so rusted out and bad they could not get it to hook to the remaining pipe. So option 1 was to have a company come out and replace the whole vent from the roof down to the hot water heater to vent it and that was looking like another big chunk of money. Well one of the guys Kyle i think suggested going to an electric hot water heater. So he looked at the fuse box contacted an electrician sent them a picture asked if it was an option and was told yes. So they unhooked the gas hot water heater and got an electric one. Re hooked everything up and now just have to wait for the electrician to do his magic. I'm telling you from my personal opinion these guys are awesome. They stuck to the quote and did a fantastic job. I could not be happier. These guys are professional in every way the word professional can be used. There work is spot on great, did it in a timely manner and considering what was there to begin with because of the age of everything in the basement i knew it was not going to be an easy job. If you are looking for someone to do any kind of plumbing work i am telling you these are they guys to use. Awesome awesome job and i can't say thank you enough to them.

Our house has very unique angles to it which made it difficult to tie into the existing part of the house. Gurden construction was up to the task and came up with a design that included a vaulted ceiling and it turned out exactly what we wanted. The crew were very knowledgeable, skilled, and polite. They would also get back to us same day if we had any questions. We will definitely be contacted them again once we are ready for the additional work we are planning in the near future. It is so very nicely done, with care and precision. These two gentlemen doing excellent work, they are very fussy and precise in their work, and while they may seem a little slow in their approach, it's because they take their time and do it right. Some come in and rush around and leave some problems behind. Not in this case, I have a perfectly beautiful floor and two of my other problems were fixed also. Super job, super team, super good work.
