I mainly visit the store to view their large range of Pop Vinyl Figures (they are a big thing right now, with hundreds of figures being available for various TV shows, movies, and games). In addition to Pop Vinyl Figures they also sell various plush toys, clothes and accessories, posters, board games, action figures, collectables, and other various geeky items. They are reasonably priced for the most part, though you might find that some items are available for less online. I quite like how the store has areas that are sorted by franchise (e.g. Game of Thrones, The Walking Dead etc). The store is located near Dymocks on Level 3 of the Indooroopilly Shopping Centre.

I loved the cartoon adaptations of comics when I was a kid (like X-Men, Spiderman, and Fantastic Four), I bought the figurines, but I never actually read the comics. It was not until later in life that I started on a few graphic novels and comics. Now I am hooked. Ace Comics and Games is the perfect spot to indulge my new found love of comics. They do tend to stock more graphic novels and don't have the biggest range in their Queen Street store but the staff are awesomely knowledgeable and friendly and if they don't have something in stock they happily source it for you. You might not even notice Ace Comics unless you were specifically observant or were looking for it on purpose. From the Queen Street Mall all you see is a sign near a doorway next to Wallace Bishop. Walk up a few steps and you make your way into the kind of old looking shop but who really is looking at the paint work when the walls are lined with comics anyway. Ace comics really is a good shop to browse, buy or just generally stand in awe of the awesomeness that surrounds you.

They sell a really good range of the 'That's Not My ... ' books (mums will know this one) and they also have the Thomas the Tank train table set with all the over 200 acessories that go with it. Another really cool area of the shop sells all things Bobble Art. I bought my son's daycare school bag there with cars all over it. Bobble Art make cute drink bottles, school bags and school accessories for the little kids and they're all pretty good and waterproof too. Love this brand. You can also buy kitchen sets, sand and water tables, hop scotch platforms that play music when you hit a point on the mat and my personal favourite, magnet boards for your kids to take in the car or on the plane to keep themselves amused! We bought one and it was a lifesaver on the airplane. Kept my son busy and keeping him busy is good enough for me. They have a whole bunch of knick knacky toys as well as dolls and little prams and whatnot so definetely check this place out if you ever see it.
