It's a small store and they've chosen to stock a wide range of products, which inevitably results in a narrow range of brands. You can get software, printers and there's a whole wall of odd cables, cords and connecters in their annoyingly difficult to open packaging. It's unlikely they'll be able to satisfy every technology hunger pain, but it's worth checking out.

My recent purchase was an awful experience. 1) I paid for my product, however when my girlfriend went in to pick it up for me, they said it was not paid for and charged her again, it was an experience trying to get a refund. The issue was that their data base had a duplicate entry for me as a customer. 2) I wanted them to install my old hard drive as a slave device, so I would have my old data available. They just wiped it, so my old data is gone. 3) The computer has broken down twice already; I did not bother to take it back there because it is quite far from my house and from the other comments on this thread it clear that Computer Alliance no longer care about customers.

I was given the worst service by Apple Carindale in December 2024. Not only they misled me or lied…read moreto me and sold me another contract with Vodafone as I was purchasing an apple phone. They advised me my contract was over with Vodafone when it was still current.They made me look like an idiot and told me I was wrong and sold me another contract . Later I was paying for 2 contracts because I was given misinformation by Apple Carindale staff. Later they admitted they had no access to Vodafone contracts as they sold it to customers and misleading several of them For 2 months my phone was not even activated. I went twice to the Apple Carindale and complained I phone was off line, (only worked with Wifi at home and work.) Apple Staff advised me the Myer websites and other websites were down and nothing was wrong with my phone setup. I approached the so call manager at Apple Carindale Heather she advised me to contact Vodafone to sort out things as Apple Carindale had made mistakes. Contract was sold to me by Apple Carindale and not Vodafone. Vodafone helped me to activate my phone after being off line for 2 months ( was not activated by Apple Carindale) They just wanted to get their hands on money only and not provide the required service. Some staff are good there and helpful but some are misinformed or do not have adequate training and they mislead customers for their own benefit. I wish and hope Apple Carindale should reimburse me or wear the costs for misleading me.

I booked an appointment, checked into store 5 min early and was directed to take a seat. 45 min later, I had not been seen or even checked on by anyone, just left to sit waiting to spend $$$$ on a new iPhone. So I asked how long I would need to wait for my appointment, this was met with disgust and 'I'm busy right now' from staff before they walked off. Then when I asked again(store manager I assume) he was lovely and apologised for the delay and promptly checked me in and started to get people moving. He told me that they weren't sure why I had been left and not seen to. Another 30min waiting and I finally had my new phone. Worst customer service I have ever received. Disgusting response from staff. No compensation for their mistake. When I asked about if they could add in something after making me wait for over an hour, all I got was a smile and a response of 'we don't that, just leave us some feedback'. Needless to say, they will probably never receive this feedback since you have nowhere to Leave store feedback.
