I get very frustrated with telephone services sometimes. Sometimes my bill is wrong, the internet cuts out, there's problem with the land line, my mobile reception is poor... Like many other sufferers out there, the list goes on.
At first, when I went to complain about all these inconvenient things happening with my Optus provider, I was ready to start bashing walls and start knocking things over- my frustration had peaked. Luckily, for everyone that never happened. I spoke to the staff there about the issues I had with the telephone company and they actually listened and actually went and fixed it. No hassles, no drama. Problems were solved within 24 hours or for some issues less than 2 minutes.
The team at the Optus 'Yes' store in Mt Ommaney have the best customer service of any telecommunications company I've ever encountered. They must see plenty of angry and complaining customers, however, they're able to still remain calm and professional throughout it all and solve most of the issues. Great team! read more
