Was sent her from sherway to get a Kinect for Xbox 360. You can see there is a huge difference in rating between the sherway and Cloverdale location. It's for a really good reason. Those dirtbags at sherway never mentioned it is possible to place a hold on the items at another location. We drive to the Cloverdale location just to find out that some adult ladyboy named Greg just called in to place a hold on the Kinect. What a pain in the eh this Greg guy is. All we wanted to do is chop some fruits like ninjas Greg. Go eat a gherkin. The awesome trio of employees at this EB location went above in beyond and immediately had a Kinect located at the nearest store and requested a transfer of the item to the EB Games closest to my location out west. It is supposed to be ready for pickup tomorrow. Hope it comes thru, but even if it doesn't, the extraordinary effort made by these three was outstanding. Are you listening corporate? One of the better places in Etobicoke to get your games located in Cloverdale Mall; staff tends to be educated, young but are non biased, general gamers with an idea about the industry and the titles being released. Small store but pretty well organized and there is usually someone there to help at all times if you need. they also tend not to be too pushy here, I find if you step foot in the EB at Sherway for example theya re all over you!! Here you can browse at your leisure and ask for help if you need it For such a small space they do offer a fair few in store demos and they always have some sweet trailor playing in HD Good place to go to trade, they remember you and can offer alot of technical assistance as well read more

I would have to say that I like this location a little bit more then I care to admit. not out of embarrassment, but out of the fact that I don't live in this neighborhood, so unless I'm stopping by on the way home, I never go to this location. the staff here are really friendly, and the stock levels are very good, I remember once, I had to go out of my way to grab something from this location that no other location in the GTA had. which ranks high in my books. if you need games and live in this area, look no further! read more

Best eb games I have ever been to the staff is always welcoming and ready to help. They have a good amount of funko pops which I go for and a ton of games. Also the one thing I love is that the staff doesn't push stuff on you like edge cards or games, other locations I have been to the staff kept trying to convince me to buy what ever I was looking at and would not leave me alone. This has never happened at this location ever. read more
