I have asked for footage to be reviewed and am filing a report. This worker should be no where near children or any vulnerable persons for that matter. New information: director and general manager reviewed footage and confirmed the assault and the worker aggressively going into my daughter's face. They will not remove her from customer facing role.

Online pick up orders are a breeze (a lot of the time). I have noticed that online inventory may not always match inventory in the physical store if you are planning to pick up an online order. Also, a handful if (ex. Lego sets) may take a while to be restocked or has a bit less stock in store compared to other locations.

It look like it has a great selection of books and genres. The staff was friendly and helpful. Molly was friendly, insightful and genuine (very what she is like online). Transit was quick and accessible. There is a streetcar stop (504A) directly in front of store. Dundas West is the closest train station.

I was looking for specific books to complete my run. He was too concerned with bagging and boarding books at his counter. I asked what he had and what the prices of those books were but he would not tell me. Instead he said it would take him a while to finish doing what he was doing and that i should check "over there" to see the ones in his case. I would have liked to see what he had and if he really wanted to make a sale he would have showed me the key books he had right there at the cash. Not a friendly owner and the store is a mess. I would not recommend this store. There are better options out there.

Those dirtbags at sherway never mentioned it is possible to place a hold on the items at another location. We drive to the Cloverdale location just to find out that some adult ladyboy named Greg just called in to place a hold on the Kinect. What a pain in the eh this Greg guy is. All we wanted to do is chop some fruits like ninjas Greg. Go eat a gherkin. The awesome trio of employees at this EB location went above in beyond and immediately had a Kinect located at the nearest store and requested a transfer of the item to the EB Games closest to my location out west. It is supposed to be ready for pickup tomorrow. Hope it comes thru, but even if it doesn't, the extraordinary effort made by these three was outstanding. Are you listening corporate?
