This is my absolute favorite place to go in the area to get my nails done. Best atmosphere -…read morerelaxing jazz music, no chemical smell, conversations held in hushed tones - and best services (my suggestions are at the very bottom). Prices are comparable to other higher end salons in the area, but you feel like you are the only one there and that they will do whatever they need to do to make sure you get your services done in a satisfactory manner. I have been going to them ever since they opened their doors and there was one time (pre-COVID) where they were running really behind...they normally close at 8 but Katie and Pepper stayed until my pedicure and nails were done at 9:30 PM on a Saturday night no less. BLESS THEM. I work in VA but I will never go there for services because I want to support Katie (the owner) and her family and the other staff. Literally the minute Hogan announced salons could open again I called Sparenity and booked an appointment for the day they reopened. You will not be disappointed with your services and will feel totally safe due to what measures they've put in place to protect themselves and other clients: - The tables where you sit to get your nails done have changed in configuration to allow for proper social distancing. - There is a thick piece of plastic wall between you and the tech and you place your hands under it to have the services performed. -For pedicures the procedure is the same however they leave the middle pedicure chair open so you're not right up on someone. The same thick clear plastic divider material is cut so you stick your feet under it and is tall enough that it matches up with the height of the chair. - You must wear a mask at all times. NO EXCEPTIONS. - Services are by appointment only; no exceptions and no walk ins. - If you arrive early you must wait in your car and they will call you when it's your turn, - they have hand sanitizer everywhere - before you get your services done you and the tech wash your hands and then use the hand sanitizer provided before sitting down at their station. - They limit how many color sample cards are being circulated and they sanitize them after you have used them. - There are no more treats like the cookies or fresh fruit and there are also no more drinks. :( That's the worst part for me because man they had the best thai milk tea there - I LOVED IT (almost more than the nail services and that's saying something). - They are cashless except for tips now and they prefer you pay by CashApp or Venmo. You can still earn your points during this current period but they aren't allowing you to cash in any of your points at this time which is understandable since they lost so much revenue by being closed for three months almost. However, Katie told me that in the future when they open it back up again, you can use as many points as you want (previously it was only 10 points at a time, which gave you $10 off). I've had all sorts of services there from my standard SNS dip powder (Mike is exceptional with his attention to detail and artistry for designs) to gel pedicures (Pepper is the best for pedicures!) to bikini waxing (with Katie) and also massages (I forgot who I had but she gave me the most amazing head and neck massage that cured a two week migraine cycle in its tracks). You can absolutely not go wrong coming here. Take the time to come in and TREAT YO' SELF so you can forget for a small bit that 2020 has been such a dud.

Upon entry, I was greeted and they had immediate availability. I was so excited that I wouldn't have to wait to be serviced. The salon is cute, cozy, beautifully decorated, and definitely provided a relaxing atmosphere. I give them a star for the ambiance and also a star for being seen so quickly. The pedicure itself was mid. I am worried about the condition of my toenails once I get my next pedicure. I felt like he used like a nail cutting tool or something to scrape the the toe nail bed on my big toes (I didn't watch the entire time so idk if he did every nail). I requested the gel color DD131 (it was the Princesss Jasmine color). He came back with a color that was lighter, but I couldn't see the color number on it. He asked if the color was okay and I told him it was because I chose the Princess Jasmine color to step out of my comfort zone. I figure I would give it a try. The first coat was pretty sheer. Based off that, I knew he would do three coats. He did not. He only did two coats. My big toe chipped 3 days later. Idk if the gel is old of it was because he only did 2 coats (the more coats, the stronger). Very disappointed that I will have to walk around with a chipped toe until my next appointment. I do not live in Brandywine, so I did not reach out to have it fixed. When I got home, I took a closer look and just saw how this was not a neat job at all. Definitely not returning. Also - idk my nail tech's name but he was a man.

5 Stars - Diamond Nail Salon & Spa…read more I absolutely LOVE this place. I've been to several nail salons since moving to Maryland, and Diamond Nail Salon & Spa is by far the best. The quality of work here is consistently excellent, and the service is top-notch. Highly recommend! Danny is my go-to tech -- he's amazing and always delivers flawless results. He was out during my recent visit, so Mike (who I believe is the owner and manager) took care of me instead, and he was wonderful. Kind, professional, and clearly experienced -- I felt totally at ease in his hands. I also had a spa pedicure with Julie, and she did a fantastic job. She took her time, paid attention to detail, and made sure I felt relaxed and cared for. My feet have never felt better! Appointments are easy to make, and while you might wait a few minutes, they always honor your time and never rush the process. I truly appreciate the balance between efficiency and attention to detail. Clean. Friendly. High quality. This is my forever nail spot! Nails: 10/10 Pedicure: 10/10 Experience: 11/10 Thank you Danny, Mike & Julie! You've got a loyal customer for life!

I really like when I come here because although I don't come as often as other clients may, I feel very welcomed and remembered each time. I have been coming to this location all year.

Yeah, it's a no for me on this spot. I was grateful to be able to make a last-minute appointment on…read morea Friday evening, but when I arrive, the place was full of chaos because they had multiple other businesses operating out of their same salon. Additionally, everything felt very rushed, and they didn't do a good job. In total, I paid $160 for a kids "pedicure" with regular polish, a gel pedicure with callus removal for me, and a fill with gel and a V French. For what I paid, I expected the same quality that I typically get from my girl down the street. That is not what I got. Instead, I got rushed through the process, got my cuticles dug into by that weird drill, they use. And left with gel on my toes that chipped already? And let me be clear, I am writing this review less than 10 hours after leaving the shop. Also, they didn't even help my daughter with her shoes, putting them back on or anything. And before we even walked out, I noticed that her regular polish on her pedicure had already smudged off because they didn't allow them to properly dry and told her it was fine. Also, look at My Nail photos. The V French looks seemingly clean at first, but when you look to the side and at the tips and edges? Not thoroughly painted and sloppy. Also, some of these nails are far thicker than the others. And I truly can't understand how I feel here ended up costing more than a full set with a full blown design at another shop down the road. Again, everything felt super rushed here. They didn't offer drinks. They didn't even ask me what type of pedicure I wanted. This was one of the worst experiences I've had in this area.

It's located inside the mall and although they are pretty busy, I've never seen many people wait for extended periods. I personally always make appointments with my nail tech & brows Chaung & pedicure specialists Vee which I hardly ever have to wait; they book their appointments accordingly. The rates are decent which is what I was searching for unlike the other salons in the area that charge pretty much a la carte (makes no sense how much they penny pinch). The place is clean and spacious so you're not bunched up with other customers. The pedicure section is nice and open and I've watched them disinfect and clean the bowls & supplies each time!! Customer service is great from the receptionists to the owners. My daughter also gets her nails done here with Danny, he is also very skilled. However, the one thing I dislike is the very limited non- gel nail color options. Now they do offer some gel match colors but again very limited. I personally am not a fan of the gel polish anymore simply because it just doesn't last longer than 1 week 1/2-2 weeks to me is pushing it, I hate the peeling part of it and how expensive it is just to get them done. But that's just me. I like the water & fruit cup that's offered to the customers, it's a nice welcoming touch. I see myself going here for a while for nail services but if I ever stopped getting my nails done, I will certainly keep going back for my brows; she does a phenomenal job with my thick natural brows!
