They lost my $100 jeans I only wore one time and refuse to do anything except offer store credit. I…read moreused Sax one time (my fiancé has gone before) for a pair of jeans to be tailored, a dress to be fixed, and a pair of white jeans to be dry cleaned. I wore my white jeans one time for my engagement shoot so there were stains on them from the grass. When I came to pick up all the items, the jeans still weren't cleaned correctly and they offered to rerun them for me. I had to come in and call back numerous times for an update because they forgot/lost my item. Now they're saying they sent them back with my fiancés worn uniform another time which isn't true. Owner is useless and refusing to do anything except give me store credit. Why would I want to come back to a place that doesn't even bother to make sure the clothes are returned to their customer?? Would not recommend this place ever.

Very unprofessional, if you want professional movers skip this company, they scratched up my…read morefurniture and had zero material, like zero blankets like the real movers do, hence all my furniture was ruined, on top of that they were 2 hours late, they were scheduled at 7am and came to my door at 8:45am. They said it would take 5 hours to move me, since it's a one bedroom, well it took 8 hours and they overcharged me, they charged me 850, for 9 hours , when they got done at 5:15. Which is 8 hours. I paid $950 including $100 I gave the guys who honestly tried their best. They did not take all my furniture also because they rented a small U-Haul, so I had to personally make 4 more trips to take all my furniture. Do not hire this company if you care about your sanity or your furniture- also 3 boxes are missing. Terrible experience overall.
