You can tell that the fries are frozen and you can tell that there wasn't really much thought put into this than to add it to the menu as a quick appetizer. It says cheddar, and when you think of that you think cheddar sauce, it's not. Simply a handful of cheddar thrown on top with some fresh cooked bacon. The gravy definitely added to it and combatted the dryness that you encounter sometimes. I really enjoyed the edges, it had that hardened crunch to it that, when combined with the crumbliness, gave you different textures. It was a decent blend of spices, peppers, and onions giving this meatloaf top marks. The sides, let's talk about them. The stuffing, probably not homemade. A bit salty, kind of having some of those same flavors as the meatloaf. The potatoes, I want to think they were homemade. I did come across some lumps, which made me think that.
