However I think this place is actually really cool. It is not the busiest, or noisiest of places, which means that I can come here for a quiet drink and know that I am not going to be disturbed. I've also been told that this place happens to be a favourite for some of the engineers that work down at the RAAF base, which to me, gives this place a lot more dignity. I even ended up having a chat with somebody about blogging and the internet, which I would never have expected to happen in Elizabeth.

They also offer a BBQ service where they bring the barbie, the chef, the meat and of course will cook for your guests. You do however need minimum of 30 people. Now that really puts a new spin on the idea of the back yard barbie. In addition to their catering service A Cut Above Catering also stock a range of Heat 'n' Eat meals in their Partridge street shop. Much better than an old frozen TV dinner, I think these meals are great to have in the fridge for those times you don't feel like cooking or if you have an older family member who needs some help with their meals. Give these guys a try for your next function you won't regret it.

There's a great atmosphere here, much like across the road at Enigma Bar. Everyone's interested in having a good time, and nobody wants to fight. Those are two things that I like when I go out, and so long as the beer keeps flowing and the laughs keep coming, you're guaranteed a great night out. The food here is great, and both meals and drinks are very affordable. They have James Squire varieties on tap (which isn't something you see too often), and you can get nice and pissed up without spending more than a fifty. The life of the party is at the outdoor areas, located both in front of the bar and out the back in the beer garden. The beer garden is where I like to spend most of my time, sat cosily in their wooden benches and seeing everyone thoroughly enjoying themselves. The Worldsend also have regular live performances, many being acoustic. There's nothing better than a good little singalong after a few pints!

This is a student sanctum, where UniSA folk flock after a hard day at uni. I'm often there by midday for a sneaky drink between classes, and can often find myself back there in the evening for more. The food is good, the drinks are cheap and the atmosphere is laid back. What more can you wish for? There's lots of places to kick back, whether it be out the front checking out the "talent" on Hindley Street, at the front bar, sitting down for a meal, or in the popular beer garden out back. The beer garden is always my area of choice, always filled with an interesting bunch.

Lot of little things resulted in a poor stay. - stained sheets (rust or blood) which we were promised would be changed immediately, but an hour later still nothing done. - restaurant (Riverside) just not on par. From giving away our table one morning after we'd been seated to having my breakfast delivered to the wrong table the next, non-existent service and limited dinner menu, it was just not good enough. - incorrect information bring given by concierge about availability of hire bikes - beds had a distinct ridge in the middle (no doubt result of 2 singles being pushed together) which made it very uncomfortable In short, it says 5 stars, but it really isn't and probably shouldn't market itself as such.

The menu on that day was: Buffalo wings, Thai style scotch egg with brown rice and herb salad, Spicy KFC (Korean Fried Chicken) Burger and also some fries. I have to say their buffalo wings are the best I have had, it's covered with beautiful sauces but not over salty or make you think the sauce is too much. It perfectly combined with the fried chicken wings underneath, you can taste crispy and succulent in one bite. The blue cheese dipping also make the flavour up to a higher level, I had blue cheese once and hated it, but this dipping sauce is in an completely opposite end, the taste is so creamy and milky without any unpleasant sense, it adds the extra taste to the wings when you feel a little bored about them, the celery that come along with did the job too. Like the first review this food van received said, 'very moreish'. I agree, it even made me think of return to the next day of the sweet tooth market only for that and give up the sunday Fork on the Road which I already planned (well now I can see I'm tracing with food) But glad to see those girls choose to join the Fork on the Road the next day, but unfortunately, the two popular staff gone so quick when my friend and I want to 'moreish' back to the buffalo wings and try the KFC burger, so we tried their Thai style scotch egg with salad, the eggs are being covered into an extra layer and deep fried, but I like the brown rice and herb salad on the side, it's a asian style salad with cilantro and peanuts which reminds me of some home dishes and it's a pleasant surprise. Doesn't like Sneaky pickles or Delectballs, this 'naughty girl' does't have a regular timetable on streets but show up in different events, which makes it more attractive because you'll always think of it but can't always get it Lol, what a proud beauty!

And very delicious coffee. What a way to start the day. For breakfast, I would recommend getting something between two with a couple of sides and sharing. If you are still hungry you can then go round two. Sit at the bar or nab a table in the lane. Bar is better because you can watch them cook. You can get an $8 toastie which is so, so good or something bigger that will involve above mentioned items. On weekends there are bloody marys with Fino sherry. Yum. After breakfast you can shop then come back and take advantage of the very delicious small plates and tapas whilst you take a break from your market shop. Or paella. AND they have a very good alcohol list. So if you are finished buying your non perishables, grab a seat at the bar, grab a wine/beer/sherry and a plate of jamon/chorizo/pintxos whilst reviewing your shopping list. Highly recommend for tea!…read more The coffee here is pretty decent. It's never too bitter but still robust enough to give you a bit of a kick. I love grabbing a coffee from here. However I usually order tea when I come here. As tea-lovers would know, it can be a bit of a gamble when ordering tea at a café. Will it be too weak, too strong? Will the water be too cold and (gasp) do they use bags rather than loose leaf!? However I can promise you the tea at Cuisine by Angela is perfect. They brew it just the right amount and the water is plenty hot. They also use T2's loose leaf brews and have several to choose from. My one issue with their tea is that, if you choose takeaway, the tea tends to spill out from under the lid. However, sometimes they even give you a complimentary Hershey's Kiss to take with you! They do milkshakes, which I hear are pretty good, although I've never tried one. I can't say much about the food, however, as I've never tried any! And then there is the service. The owner, Angela, is a cheery person and will have a chat to you while making your coffee/tea, as will those she employs. They're a small café, and I feel they really care about their customers. If you want to dine in, the café is gorgeous. The display features lots of tea pots etc. and it feels very quaint but cosy. One problem many would find is parking. Conyngham Street is probably your best bet to secure some parking. Of course, if you wish to catch a bus, there's a stop just outside the café. I absolutely love this little café. It's cosy and makes really good tea and coffee.

However, the neutral colour tones also allow you to really dress up and play with this space to suit your event! The food has a strong Italian influence, it is always delicious and they have huge servings so I can't imagine anyone EVER leaving hungry! The staff are helpful and events seem to always go on without a hitch!

The food is very well flavoured and cooked as they couldn't get away with doing anything lesser quality for all those nonna's in the audience of their grandchild's 18th birthday. From two 21st's an 80th, a christening and a wedding I think I now know this venue and their stock standard party agenda back to front. It's a simple and predictable space that provides consistently good food, great facilities, plenty of booze (bottles on the table no less) and has just renovated it's smaller function venue to be more spacious and with a nicer reception/entrance area. Needless to say I think it's mandatory if you are of Italian descent you have to have at least one significant celebration here in your lifetime for 100-200 people.
