This stall has a special place in my heart, or rather stomach! A vibrant stall in the Adelaide Central Markets serving up good coffee and Spanish food. You could stop in for tapas, some larger plates or better still - paella time!
Over time we have had a few dishes from them and let me start by saying their Tortilla (potato omelette, not Meixan wrap) is so amazing! That golden wedge is simply delicious. Cooked perfectly, soft potatoes with creaminess from the eggs retained. I've also tried their Albondigas which are pork meatballs with jamon and clams. So full of flavour it's a brilliant dish. I've had their pork belly, chicken skewers, croquettes and they're all done perfectly.
On Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays they get the big paella pan out and you can smell it through the markets. It gets served up at set times so be sure to get in line early or they will sell out. Brad and his team are obviously very skilled and passionate. I hope they never change because I love it there!! read more
