a bottle of juice
Keilab A.

I was part of a big catering order from Eat Naked, and I ordered the salmon with brown rice and zucchini along with the Code Red juice. At first sight, I was pleased with the hefty portion of food they packed into the small container. However, the brown rice was crunchy and the zucchini was so bland. I'm not sure if they try to limit seasoning here, but I was not a fan of the two sides I got for the price. The salmon was delicious though and I finished all of it. Next, their Code Red juice was amazing and tasted so fresh. Maybe I ordered the wrong thing, but I highly recommend getting their juices!

Curb side pick up. Call or text them once you're parked

Honestly the food is good but the price is not. It's pretty expensive for a meal prep place even with their first order discount or subscribe meal price. I have kept asking them for the nutritional facts on here and via text and still have not gotten back to me. Their website is really high tech and easy to use when ordering. It's really missing nutritional facts especially when this is aimed for fitness people. They told me roughly each meal is 400-500 calories. In comparison to other meal prep kitchens, it doesn't meet my needs as a gym goer involved in their nutrition by calories and macro counting. Simply to just eat healthier, this fits the bill. There's a lot of options to combine in each meal but you can't make the portions less or more so it has its limitations. Pro is that they make their food frequently and don't have to place an order by Friday or Thursday or your SOL. They have more days to pick up or deliver than any other meal prep place so far.

Large piece of gristle

The food portions are definitely not worth it for the price. Delivery costs $15 on average compared to the $2.99 listed on here. The beef options contain a lot of gristle and fat that is uneatable. Vegetables and rice sides are often undercooked and under seasoned. Rice is used as a filler for most of the "specialty" meals. Very disappointed.

6 oz of bbq chicken, 3 oz of yam & 2.5 oz of pepper ... YUM

If you're seriously into bodybuilding, powerlifting, or just fitness in general, one would know that your NUTRITION is number one in getting to your results. If your nutrition isn't dialed in, you are not going to reach your goal. With that said, dieting can be nasty... very nasty... who likes gagging down dried out chicken & tasteless veggies? NOT ME! Eat Naked.LA is the new way of going about your nutrition/mealprep - I can vouch every time I am cutting I am confident to say that I will always go to Fernando for prepping my food. WHY? The chicken is very moist & VERY flavorful! My favorite flavors are the lemon + herb (comes topped with tomatoes, greens & cilantro :p), teriyaki & BBQ! There's no need to gag & dread your meals now. Everything else is great too! I haven't tried any of the other protein sources (not a fish eater or not too crazy on turkey), but the steak sounds amazing! This is worth every penny, & makes life 1000000 times easier. Now I don't need to go grocery shopping every sunday or spend the evening cooking my life away & washing dishes.

I understand that mistakes happen , but own up and be professional. Don't just ignore the customers emails/questions!

I was really excited to try this place out! I had read really great reviews on IG and Yelp. But unfortunately the customer service sucked big time. I didn't have any complaints towards the food, it was really good! So good I placed a second order. I've been vegan for 5yrs now and was happy to see Vegan options. I ordered the Seasoned tofu and the tofu turkey patties. BOTH were under the Vegan category. So I figured the "turkey" was a soy meat alternative. A company wouldn't be that naive to put real meat in their Vegan options right!? Wrong! I indeed got a turkey tofu pattie. Real meat and all. I emailed the company twice and never got a response. They didn't even offer my money back. And now on their website you can't even find the "vegan tofu turkey patties" It's completely off their site. Hmm wonder how many people complained about it... Really sucks! This issue could have been resolved so easily. Thanks for nothin' EatNakedLa!

This is soooo long overdue!!! EatNakedLA is the BEST. I've looked at so many other meal prep companies all of which are a pre fixed menu AND More expensive...which just won't work for me. The fact that you can choose what goes in each meal with Eat Naked is enough to be sold on it. But in addition the meals are soooo good. The chicken, salmon, sweet potatoes, vegetables...literally everything. It's always fresh and sooo good. I freeze some of my meals during the week and even after freezing them and reheating they still taste fresh. On top of it all, the staff is so friendly, helpful and the entire process end to end is top notch. When you do the math, Eat Naked actually ends up being cheaper than "grabbing a salad" or eating out and with Eat Naked you can feel good about it being clean fresh and yummy. Honestly I could go on and on but just trust me and try it.

So grateful for Eat Naked LA! I've been ordering from them for almost a year now. Local business owner, LA Bodywork and I work long hours, so rarely do I have time to put in extra time into cooking meals. I'm a Bodyworker and I burn calories all day but need the right foods to keep me healthy and energetic and Eat Naked LA gives me exactly that! It's very tasty and diverse. They have a variety of options depending on where you are in your health goals. The delivery guys are also very kind and friendly. Customer service is excellent. And don't forget to try the juices!

It allows me to specifically pick the low carb meals that I want and/or be able to compare and contrast the various calories between Balanced, Keto, Low Carb and Vegetarian meals. The containers also come in four sizes: Small (4oz), Medium (5oz), Large (6oz) and Extra Large (8oz), so that you can gauge how much food you might need (I'm good w/the Medium Sizes). If you're not sure, you can also contact Muscle Up Meals. Best of all, I can easily enter the information into MyFitnessPal app. 2. The meals are affordable, which allows me to alternate between breakfast and lunch. 3. There's no commitment - I'm not forced into a packaged meal/subscription. I can do a la carte style and choose whichever meals to fit my nutrition goals. 4. The meal deliveries are promised w/in time frame and are packaged neatly and tightly. 5. (Saving the best for last), the Owner - Adam Karapetyan. He went from "Obese to Muscle Beast in 14 months, losing over 200lbs!" Partnering up w/Executive Chef Jesse Munk (who also lost 60lbs), "Each meal is prepared to be 5 Star Delicious as well as precisely weighed and measured to ensure each meal provides the optimum nutrition to help you reach your fitness goals." Proof is definitely in the pudding (pun intended, hehe!). Meal Deliveries: Sundays (between 6pm to 12am midnight) and Mondays (between 10am to 6pm). There's no specific time on when they will deliver. However, you will receive a text notification on your driver's Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA). It will also include the driver's name, and the car's make, model and license plate (in case you're at home to receive the delivery and want to make sure it is actually them). If you're not home, the meals come in an insulated bag w/cooling gel packs (lasting up to 15 hours) to keep your food fresh. Deadline to Order: Friday by Noon. However, if you miss the deadline, you can always contact them. Examples of my first breakfast and lunch entrees w/Muscle Up Meals: Breakfast Items: 1. Low Carb - Breakfast Tacos served w/green salsa verde. 2. Low Carb - Eggwhite Breakfast Tacos served w/green salsa verde. Both versions were delicious, extremely satisfying and kept me energized throughout my mornings at work. The lean ground turkey meat, scrambled eggs/eggwhite were seasoned perfectly w/out tasting too salty or bland. The cauliflower tortillas were fluffy, hearty and tasty. I tossed both the green salsa verde since they were too spicy for me and the breakfast tacos were satisfying w/o it. Lunch Entrees 1. Balanced - Blackened Chicken served w/cauliflower and grain rice. Extremely good! Bummer, they didn't have it for this next week's order. The chicken breast was tender and juicy, while the cauliflower was crunchy and grained rice was nicely cooked. 2. Low Carb - Turkey Meatloaf served w/broccoli florets and grain rice. The turkey meatloaf was good but tasted a bit too mushy for me. Whereas the broccoli florets and grain rice were perfectly cooked and filling. I may try out the Balanced or Keto version at some point. 3. Low Carb - Chicken Tenders (2pcs) Plate served w/a chipotle sauce, roasted Brussel sprouts and cauliflower rice. The chicken tenders were hearty w/a little bit of heat to them. The chipotle sauce was too spicy for me. The roasted Brussel sprouts were a bit al-dente, but I still dig it. The cauliflower rice was also tasty, a little bit of heated kick (still edible). 4. Low Carb - Chicken and Cauliflower Rice. My last and simplest meal for the week, which was tender, moist and flavorful. Overall, I highly recommend Muscle Up Meals. I will definitely continue w/them and have already ordered my second batch of food! (Stayed tuned, I'll continue posting pics of new meals).

I would give 0 stars if I could…read more This was one of the worst restaurant experiences I've ever had - and the first time in my life I've tried to get a refund on a meal. The order was from the Bird-N-Bun kitchen, but Allied Food To Go made it worse. We ordered a $30+ meal: A Spicy chicken sandwich, waffle fries, coleslaw, and a chicken slider sandwich. What we received was entirely incorrect and inedible. I want to emphasise that it's not just that the items were wrong, they were made with such neglect they should not be sold. It seemed like the Bird-N-Bun was surprised to receive an order, and someone threw together something from whatever was around. The 'Spicy Chicken Sandwhich's' chicken seemed old and had no spice (not just "this isn't spicy enough", I mean no attempt was made to spice or season the chicken), no sauce, no pickles. It was bread and chicken - not remotely matching the written description or images of their item. Worse, the slider was not a sandwich at all - literally just chicken sitting next to a roll. The waffle fries and coleslaw were missing entirely. They did include some regular non-waffle fries, so there was at least some aknowledgement that fries were included in the order. 4 items, 1 missing, 1 incorrect, 2 prepared so poorly it feels criminal to have been charged for it. Bird-N-Bun is 0/10. Afterwards, Allied Food To Go was extremely disappointing. When I contacted them about the order, they deflected, suggested I must have picked up the wrong order. They did not seem to understand that the issue was not just wrong or missing items. They initially refused to consider a refund, even after showing them in-person the order vs what we recieved. Customer service issued a $10 credit before I got a chance to explain the problem, and never responded to my messages. I followed up again days later and still received no reply. I would not order from Bird-N-Bun or Allied Food To Go again.

There are a number of small boutique stores located here. This Japanese restaurant was a great find when I was out walking. I was actually going to pick up some food at another place. I read some of the reviews to get an idea of what to expect and was pleased to find that the food here is very good. This is a takeout only restaurant. They cater and also Chef Maezaki teaches sushi techniques in the surrounding area. I entered the front door and walked to the large counter. I was greeted with a smile and a friendly hello. I asked a number of questions and realized that I must be talking to Chef Maezakl. He showed me the menu. He also showed me specials that they were offering. After taking some time I decided to order the special wagyu beef entree, and a spicy tuna hand roll. I sat down in one of the chairs available and waited. I could smell great aromas from the food being prepared in the kitchen. I was happy when my food arrived about 15 minutes later. I could sense his pride in what he had prepared for me. I enjoyed the complete dinner that was the wagyu beef entree. There was rice, pickled cucumber, California roll sushi, a special piece of fried chicken, and chicken gyoza. It came in a perfectly packed & arranged container, ready to eat. I'm happy to say the taste translated to a great experience in dining. The marinated beef was tender and flavorful. The chicken was moist tender with a crisp exterior. The cucumber salad was bright and refreshing. The fresh sushi was a nice touch. I went back another time to try the cold chicken ramen, a three piece chicken appetizer, and the tiramisu. I was happy with the fresh flavor of the vegetables in the ramen. It was a nice change. All I can say about the tiramisu is that it has an addicting flavor! I can't wait to have it again. It's nice that the parking lot accommodates all the small boutique businesses. There has always been plenty of parking when I was there. This shopping area with its boutique stores is a good find. I look forward to my experience at CM Ghost Kitchen.

Overall hits the spot for sushi fix. I could get more out of a sauce packet tbh. I don't know if the water down their salsas maybe? Of the (probably) many watered down items served here, this horchata has at least 3x more water than flavor. Also don't know how you can water down the flavor of meat but add that to the list too. I will say texture on the meat is good like I know it's not over or undercooked, but I taste next to nothing. Also received the most solid as a rock limes ever. Confused how that even came to be.
