I don't usually write reviews, but Robert Hantzsch at SIGNUM CONCIERGE got me out of a huge bind and I felt it was very necessary to write him a positive review on Yelp. His service was extremely helpful and efficient. I was flying AirBerlin from Los Angeles, California to Stavanger, Norway in August of 2016. Unfortunately my luggage did not make my connecting flight in Düsseldorf, Germany to Berlin, Germany. I found myself in Stavanger, Norway with out my luggage and only the clothes that I was wearing. It was an absolute nightmare to deal with AirBerlin, the Berlin airport, and the company all the airlines use for baggage transportation called Baggage Express. I had called a dozen different numbers that never worked and sent a dozen different emails which I never received a response. I couldn't get an answer about where my luggage was located and when it was going to be sent to me in Stavanger, Norway. In fact, it was impossible to even speak with a person on the phone. My situation seemed very bleak and it was extremely stressful. I was about to give up ever getting my luggage while on my vacation. I contacted Robert late at night after 3 days of not having my luggage and explained to him my desperate situation. He responded to my email almost immediately. He said he had a local contact at the airport and he would figure out my luggage situation. The next day he was able to get me information that my luggage had been found at the Berlin airport and that it was going to get sent to Stavanger, Norway via Amsterdam, Holland that evening. Unfortunately the airline had messed up yet again and forgot to route my luggage to Stavanger, Norway once it was sent to Amsterdam, Holland. So of course my luggage ended up being sent back to Berlin, Germany. When Robert found out that I did not receive my luggage, he personally went down to the Berlin airport for me the next day, found my luggage, sent me picture of it via email, and then made sure that they booked and loaded my luggage to Stavanger, Norway via Copenhagen, Denmark. Because of Robert's competency and hard work I was able to get my luggage later that night on the 5th day of not having my luggage. After reading all the AirBerlin reviews on Facebook, I realized it could be at least a month before I got my luggage back. If it were not for Robert, my entire two-week trip in Stavanger, Norway would have been ruined. Robert with out a doubt saved me and I can say with out any hesitation that I absolutely recommend using his service. read more
